Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers note that the items are very well-made, beautifully designed, and look truly exceptional when installed in their homes or outdoor spaces. Some reviewers were not happy with shipping times, mentioning that they experienced significant delivery delays or had still not received their purchases after waiting. A few other people also felt that the order process took longer than expected or faced tracking issues before items finally arrived.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I recently ordered a set of recessed motion wall lights from this seller, and I’m really happy with my purchase! The lights look modern and clean, and they were priced really well—definitely a great value for the quality. Shipping was decent. It took about 10 days for them to arrive. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage. I’d definitely recommend these. Great product and solid experience overall—would buy again!
Very good experience with Flyachilles purchase. The customer support is always available. "Claudia" is, quick to respond and thorough. I received detailed answers on phone as well as emails. In addition, Claudia sent me the extra parts I needed for self-wiring at no charge. The product "LED strip lights" are good quality and beautiful. Also, they are a great price when comparing to other similar LED lighting at our landscape stores. I highly recommend Flyachilles products.
The pole lights I ordered work very well and look very nice. Flyachilles provided excellent customer service. They quickly replaced one that was damaged in shipping and replaced another that I damaged during snow removal. I would definitely do more business with them in the future.
Your ads with pictures were better than other companies advertising. I needed to know if what I was buying would work. My suggestion would be if I changed to a higher voltage that’s more expensive, you’d give a new photo example of what it would look like. Also, it was hard for me to find if it was a normal plug or hard wire. A photo of that would’ve helped speed up my decision.
I haven’t received my order yet but am extremely excited. It was nice to see reviews that actually had pics attached. That was the seller for me. I was afraid the pics in the add and website were enhanced but Grandpas reviews had pics attached showing his beautiful array of colors on his property. I understood his excitement to see his grandkids reaction because I can’t wait not only for myself, but to see my grandkids and great grandkids reaction also! I will definitely include pics in my review
