I searched around trying to find a specific product and they had it on their website at a reasonable cost. I had never heard of them before but decided to take a chance. They kept me informed of the progress of my order, when it shipped and when I could expect it. The shipment arrived as promised and in good condition. I was completely satisfied with them and would happily do business with them again.

Originally my order was supposed to be here a week and a half ago now it’s taking an extra week and a half what I said I didn’t want it no more they said oh sorry we can’t refund it since it’s already out and when I’ve been asking for the refund it was still in their possession. So now I’ve left my property that I’m at right now and I have I’m out $100 and I can’t get no customer service because these people wouldn’t give me a refund in a timely manner so what am I supposed to do go ask the new owners of the house that I sold where is my items at

I have not received my order. It said it would be delivered March 5. Customer service is horrible. They’re saying there’s nothing they can do because it’s already shipped. So I’m just supposed to sit here and wait for months. This is a SCAM!! SCAM!!!

Non-delivery and no contact info
Ordered a cigar case for $42.95 on Mar 25, 2026. Email messages stated that the package was delivered to my mailbox on April 17, 2026. However, no package was delivered and there is no way to contact the company to register a complaint of no delivery or receive a refund. Rip-Off. 04/20/2026 - After I had posted this negative review Fruugo did contact me reference the missing purchase. Shame that it took a negative review to get contact info on the vendor. They requested that I submit a sworn statement with penalty of prosecution if false on the missing package, I waited over the weekend before preparing the response. On Sunday I found the package on top of my mailbox. Either it had been delivered to the wrong address or the deliverer didn't actually make delivery until 2 days after reporting the package as being delivered. In any case I now have the purchase AND an email for Fruugo Customer Service in the unlikely event that I ever order from them again.
