The customer service is exceptional! My order arrived completely thawed, no dry ice left in the box; while we had planned on placing the items in the freezer for later use, we shared with our daughter and neighbors that day, a gift all were thrilled with. I contacted customer service and found out the package was not packaged with enough dry ice to sustain the shipping and the order was immediately placed again at no extra charge. The feed back I received from everyone we gifted fish to was 5 star, including our dinner of the wild striped bass. We will continue to order from Fulton from now on. Thank you Fulton Fish Market!

The crab legs we received appeared to have been frozen for a long time. After they thawed they stunk so badly I was ready to toss them but my wife decided to boil them. We did eat them, but my wife though5 the Sam’s Club crab legs were better. Probably won’t order again.

Order arrived in a timely fashion and the portions are perfect. So far I’ve tried the snapper, stripped bass, and swordfish and all three were great.

I ordered crab cakes, a favorite of mine. When I went to cook them the instructions were for Salmon patties. The front of the package read crab and the back salmon. I cooked them but they were not as good. I think because the idea that they could be salmon colored it for me.
