Amazing Customer Service
I bought a refurb tablet and it's really nice for a great price :] I couldn't find anything that showed it was refurbished at all (aside from the cleaning cloth being missing, but I didn't mind that) I had some problems setting it up at first (it's a bit complicated but if you follow the instructions closely you should be fine), so I shot out an email and got a reply really quickly that fixed the problem :)

I've bought Gaomon PD1220 and I simply love it. I've had a problem with a cable and asked help to the assistance team, the girl who've helped me is kind and sweet and, despite being on vacation, she's always answered me quickly till the solution. I highly recommend it.

The product came quite fast delivered. Sadly my pen was brocken when I first unpacked it, so I reached out to the customer support. The support was very fast and kind to help me further. They also let me know some solutions and how to make sure if the pen is brocken. After that I managed to get a replacement for the pen with the help of the support. No issues with the support at all and very kind. Can't say it often enough. Simple issue, simple solution. Appreciate this brand for the nice support.
I was having technical difficulties…
I was having technical difficulties setting up my new Gaomon pen. Tablet works great, but I was doing something wrong getting the driver installed. I submitted a support ticket at gaomon.net and got fast and very clear direction on how to fix the problem. It was great to have a live person available and very responsive. Everything works great now!

First Of All The Agent That i got for my case Was soo awesome in every way whether that is behaviour or to guide me to solve the problem So Soooo Polite and humble Ciyea Zhang Guided Me Soo Well and All thanks to Ciyea that my problem got sort out.. Warrenty claim Process Was so genuine and easy that i never thought of.. I also got the refund and also the new tablet just by paying the difference.. Awesome Policies All that i did is that i created a ticket on their site(service gaomon.net) and they contacted within 3-4 hours and then continued to rapidly reply my mails and i also sent a video of the defect and magic happened I got a new tablet...So Awesome The new product is so awesome All Thanks To Gaomon and their team for helping the customers.. Just Continue your services like this and soon Gaomon will be a giant company... Lot's of Best wishes from me and India Once again Thanks To Ciyea Zhang and Their Team..

My Gaomon didn't worked properly on my phone, I asked for help at the support team and they gave me the solution at my problem in no time, and all I had to do was also easy and quick.

I like their product, But their online selling platform is quite bad, impossible to change your order once submitted without contacting them! Spent 30$ without getting anything because I couldn't change my address in time, and customer service only offered a 40% discount for next order.
INCREDIBLE Customer Service (Shoutout to Dora Lei!]
This company is absolutely excellent! I received my GAOMON PD1560 for Christmas from them. At first, I noticed that on every third stroke, there was an odd glitch on it, but that was just because I downloaded outdated drivers according to the person who helped me, Dora. She was extremely patient either me through the problem, and all her solutions worked — excellent customer service! I have had this tablet fir three months now, and so far, no issues. Amazing product for such a low price! Would highly recommend.
