Wrong ammout of gems and no response for 2 day

Hello, I have been waiting for a response for two days regarding my order. The product was advertised as 90,000+ Chrono Crystals, but the account I received contains only 81,668 Chrono Crystals. If I do not receive a response or a solution soon, I will have to contact my bank regarding this transaction. I would like a replacement account that matches the advertised description. Thank you.

extremely disappointed with my experience. The website advertised my account as “premium” and “meta,” but the account I received was mid and not premium nowhere near what I expected for how much i paid. It also said the account would arrive within 24 hours, while mine took well over that to be delivered. I contacted customer support lots of times and never got a response from them. please do not buy from ts site its buns

no longer good, I’ve been waiting almost 24 hours for my account, but I think I know i’m not getting it in the end lol, they use to be really good about it and just have gone down since. they now only respond MAYBE if you give them a bad review and it’s just to threaten you lol.

Scammed me and my friend after 2 days

My friend and I bought two Wuthering Waves accounts to play together, waited 24+ hours to get our accounts, the accounts worked fine for the first two days. I try to login today, and the account email and/or password has been changed, for both me and my friend's account. I've angrily contacted customer service to no response from either email or discord. I am doubtful I'm getting my accounts back, this company has worked with other purchases I've done, and now they pull this from under the rug. Scummy, disgusting and I'm dissapointed.

Got someone else’s account

I bought a wuthering waves account that was connected to some else’s number and email they failed to reply to any emails about my account login being wrong and the email being connected by someone else I have reached out on many platforms and nothing I have videos and photos of it not working but have yet to get anything back from them. It has been a week with no reply I sent around 5 emails messaged on discord and on tiktok for support like on their website and I have not nothing their website support chat does not work. Im not going to be buying anymore. Be aware of them.
