The quickness of delivery of the part that was in fact the part needed was excellent, but but I not receive the entire order. You were notified as such 7/17/26, because I no longer wanted it. I was told that you had to await verification from some other source before I could get a refund, I’M STILL WAITING!!!.

It came broken and I called the number on box and filed a claim but calls don’t go through and the claim refused because the packaging it came with is not adequate for shipping.

The part I was sent does not fit my fridge despite the fact that I used the model number when I searched for the part. When I attempted to request to return, the system glitched, and didn’t let me finish the process. When I tried again, it said that that part had already been returned but I have gotten zero communication about how I’m supposed to mail the pieces back or how I will receive my money back.
