I love Casely cases, but their airpod case is IMPOSSIBLE to remove. I tried the marker, knife and heat methods - nothing. I finally had to cut it off - what a pain. Cute cases but not worth it! Find another case!

I want to give them at least like 7 stars. Every interaction has been great. Amazing products that last and really protect your phone. I drop mine a LOT and should know lol. I’ve dropped my phone from above my head onto a concrete floor, it honestly probably got stepped on as well, and it’s perfectly fine. I don’t even have a screen protector. Also the customer service is always stellar. Everyone is so kind and understanding and make sure you have a great experience every time.

Wow best customer service I have encountered in a long time. They are quick to reply and remedy any issue at hand which I feel confident ordering from this company again and will for sure in the future because they treat their customers amazing. The product is also well worth every penny. Very satisfied.

Zero help when an issue arises due to lack of customer service options and zero shipping options. You cannot reach anyone by phone and to fulfill and ship a phone case it can take up to two weeks. Very disappointing as their cases have fun options but will not order again.
Beatles case
I got a Beatles Abbey Road case for my iPhone 16. I’m in the UK and the first case got lost in transit, the support I received was amazing and I was sent another straight away and it got here it about a week. The case is amazing quality and has been well thought out in terms of design and the MagSafe still works.

They have super cute cases but wish they were fingerprint and scratch proof. Every case I've gotten already had fingerprints/some scratches on it. I haven't purchased from them much, I just got 2 new cases and again they're cute but didn't like the scratches or fingerprints all over. Hope they're durable too. We will see.

Case showed up with super glue finger prints all over it, with back coming off. Very bad quality, I'm guessing there is no inspection of these things before they ship.

I love this case! Has a cute design. I dropped my phone and it didn’t even make a dent in the case. My phone was fully protected. It is very sturdy but slim. Fits in the back pocket of my jeans easily and the side pocket of my yoga pants. I like the rigged edges at the side for grip. Works with my mag safe charger, no problem. Very sastisfied with my purchase.
