My new phone case is so cute. It fits so well on my phone and is slick enough to go inside the compartment in a cross-body bag I carry. I also like that it is magnetic without the obvious circle on the back of the cover.

I did order 2 iphone 17 cases from casely which is no where to be found. Tracking is stuck since jan 14th saying package acceptance is still pending it supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days. Today is the 10th business day i did checked my USPS box no package from casely. As per the customer service package is not lost sometimes in busy days usps don’t scan there packages might be they forgot to scan. No helpful details by customer service as well as no replacement no refund. Like hello casely pay attention. I do get packages from usps most of the time they do get delivered on time. Why only usps is having issues with casely packages.

I have always loved a competitors case and when I upgraded my phone I was shocked to realize they no longer made cases for Google products. I stared looking for a similar product as I have become accustom to having a loop now. I absolutely love this product and have since ordered a few cases I'm excited to receive. Being able to just remove the loop and charge my case on my cars charging pad has been so nice.

I was worried that the case's colors would be dull but I am so happy to say that the colors are much more vibrant in person and I love how this looks! I've also already dropped my phone from bed height and it's been fine so it is doing the job. Could use more grip on the sides, it is a very smooth case, but my kid helped me bedazzle the sides so it's grippier.

I've had my eye on this case for a while but was rather skeptical about the quality and if the images would switch back and forth as the ad. And it does all that and the case is sturdy. Very happy that I bought this.
Was promised “fast shipping” and still waiting, no help from support
Was promised “fast shipping” on my order, going on 8 days now and it looks like it’ll be another 3 before it arrives. If you can wait 10+ days they might be a good option, but if you want it sooner go elsewhere. Contacted support about my order and they were not helpful at all, citing potential delays on shipping due to the holidays. I get it, but the made no mention of potential delays when I ordered, in fact it was the opposite and I was promised “fast shipping” to deceive me to order. Not satisfied with support and not happy I’ll have to wait almost two weeks for a phone case
Absolutely phenomenal company.
Absolutely phenomenal company. I ordered a case whilst travelling america, to my disappointment it arrived to its destination just hours after I left for good. I got in contact with the company and they sent me a new one out, no charge, which I did recieve whilst in Chicago, so for that I was VERY impressed. I have had it for over 2 months now and it has served me brilliantly, not a single scratch or mark on my phone, and I drop it a lot. Nor is there any marks on the case. It is comfortable to use, and people at work comment on the pattern a lot. Very very impressed.
Improve customer service
Their cases may be good but their customer service needs improvement. My cases were lost-according to the isps updates-only after multiple emails/calls, I received an email with a bunch of blah blah blah stating it wasn’t lost…and in the same sentence they said there were multiple orders sent on that date that hadn’t been updated. They then asked me to wait another 5 days…oh and gave me a 35% off a new purchase.
SCAM!
SCAM!! ZERO STARS! I bought two cases from here and they don’t fit. I contacted support, they asked for proof of phone size, I gave it to them, and they said it was a “manufacturing issue”. Now they are refusing to give me a refund. I don’t believe the manufacturer can mess up two different cases. Never buy Casely!!

My experience was great. I got two cases during the BOGO free sale and free shipping, so I got two cases for the price of one. I got the MagSafe cases, and they work great. The cases will keep my phone safe. I can see how the front of the case could easily get scratched, but that stuff doesn't really bother me. my cases got sent one at a time, which was a little strange, but i was totally fine with. nice cases, good experience, great deal!!
Casely phone cases are terrible
Caley phone cases are terrible. I have tried multiple cases. Most cases will not charge my iPhone with my Apple iPhone wireless charger so I have to take the phone case off. I have also had a black phone case that leaked the dye all over my charger, my hands, my purse and Caley did not care. Spend your money elsewhere on a different case. Do not try this company.

Price and product are great but my order was delayed multiple times. Leading to an extra 4 day wait. Tracking information was never correct either. I would likely order again but cautiously.

Scam Buyer Beware!!
I made a purchase last week and their payment system said the payment didn’t process. I made a 2nd attempt and two payments were processed. I reached out to Casely and provided proof of the double payment and they denied me. I received only the one order, not two. Their customer service is as useless as an ashtray on a motorcycle. I would not buy from this company. I asked to return their items as I wish to no longer support their business and I was only offered an exchange. BS of a company. I will post bad reviews everywhere possible to reach any potential victims of their scam.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Casely is a clown show masquerading as a business. I ordered two simple cases. Not custom. Not engraved. Just two basic-ass cases. And SIX. WHOLE. DAYS. later, they still haven’t even shipped them. All I have is a fake-ass tracking number that says “label created” which means they printed the sticker and then did absolutely NOTHING. It’s giving: “we don’t care and we hope you forget.” Customer service? A joke. Slow, useless, and full of passive aggressive copy and paste garbage trying to blame USPS. Don’t insult me, the post office can’t lose a package you never actually handed over. The label is sitting in your dusty ass warehouse while someone’s scrolling TikTok instead of packing orders. Why advertise “ships in 1 business day” if you don’t stand by it? That’s false advertising. Straight up. You're not fast. You’re not reliable. You're not even honest. You’re a cheap Instagram brand with cute marketing and zero accountability. All style, no substance. All caps, no case. This company clearly doesn’t respect customers, doesn’t honor their word, and doesn’t deliver, literally. I’m convinced if I hadn’t emailed, they’d still be sitting on my order. Save yourself the stress and shop literally anywhere else. Casely is trash-tier. Period.
The case fits great...USPS shipping delayed (of course)
The case fits great. I ordered two for the price of one! Great deal....that made them less than $16 each. Another note is the case is hard and slippery. We will see how that goes. But I trusted the 2-5 days business day delivery. I am 2 hours from Indianapolis, Indiana (where they say all deliveries come from). Somehow the cases were shipped through Dallas, Texas then to Indy, then to Louisville. The cases were a gift for my daughter who was in town and unfortunately, they will now have to be delivered to her city. I guess I am just one of the few who delivery was longer than normal. I would order again from them...remembering they use the USPS for delivery. AND of course, you cannot trust the USPS with on-time deliveries.
