I was sent an email stating to update…my fees went up and the email stated it would go down.
I was sent an email stating to update and my service fees would go down. Well it was the quite opposite. It went up. That really pissed me off bei had to borrow a couple dollars in order to be able to pay the first installment. I wasn’t prepared for that big hike. But other than that it’s okay.
It works for now
What I like about flex is the ability to divide my rent payment into separate due dates. What I don't like about flex is the hidden fees ( no option for direct debit from checking and the advertised fee of $14.99 that went up after one month for no apparent reason.

This has saved my life .. living paycheck to check is so stressful with this I at least know I can get rent paid on time and be able to have fun or save pay other bill..
