I emailed the company several times because I need to exchange. I know I sent 5 messages and no one has responded- the first message sent at the end of July 2026. No one has contacted me despite the website saying 90 days guarantee or a refund. I will never order from this company neither will I recommend anyone. I’ve seen facebook pages going up stating how they haven’t received their items or ionix haven’t responded to emails about their purchases. Wish I had seen those websites before ordering as it would’ve saved me a small fortune. IONIX Labs has provided me the worst customer service experience ever. 90 day guarantee - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
I would knock a star off for taking 2 weeks to receive them, but they truly make my legs feel so much better. Working 12 hour shifts, my legs would ache so badly when i got home and all night long. These Ionix have been a total game changer. I was a little skeptical they would help this much, but I have been sleeping through the night without waking from aching legs and am not constantly rubbing magnesium gel on my legs. If they hold up decently, I will be a customer for life.

The leggings feel great, they are buttery and very comfortable. I am on week 2 of wearing them daily and I do not notice any difference in the way that I feel, but I will keep going with it! My biggest complaint is that they are see-through. They suggest sizing down if you are in between sizes for more compression benefits. However, I think sizing down makes them stretch more and cause them to become see-through.

Leggings are great wore them for the last few days and couldn't believe how they made my legs feel all day, by the end of the day my legs weren't tired or had that heavy feeling, greatest quality and fabric I've ever seen in a pair of leggings and love the softness, and the energy they give my legs. #1 The only down fall is the 4X (which size chart said I needed) doesn't have the compression I wanted. So I'm going to order again and get the 3X I want more compression. #2 the delivery time ordered them July 15th never got them till August 8th On a positive note customer service Alicia was great to work with, she helped fine my order and has keep me in the loop every step of the way. Thank you for a great product and high quality, I have told my sister and friends about these leggings and now they are all ordering (8 new customers) and counting. I'll let you now in 90 days what it has done for my loose skin from my 100 lb weight loss due to having gastric bypass surgery
I like these leggings. They are comfortable, supportive and I can wear them daily. I ordered small but could have used medium however they fit and I plan on shrinking.

They fit snuggle, but they should, small was perfect(5ft7in 146lbs.) Been wearing everyday for 2 weeks I can tell my legs feel lighter after long day. Slightly tight around my waistline which makes it roll down over my stomach that needs to shed....nvm over all happy.
These compression leggings were a great surprise. The yarn quality was amazing. The results of wearing them to sleep in following my trainer workouts. They made my recovery quicker. After several days my legs felt lighter and looked better. I also like the way they work and feel after being laundered.

This company is a SCAM! I ordered 7/12/26 they of course took my money & sent tracking number. Never received product and they wouldn't respond to my emails. I asked for refund of course I didn't receive that either. Now the tracking number doesn't exist and the order number now doesn't exist. Total Scam!
The leggings were soft and I could feel the difference right away. I will keep them and I ordered 2 more. I did feel the difference between other leggings and my legs felt relaxed. It's only been a few days, but so far so good.
I could feel the difference in my legs the first day my lower legs swell really bad by the end of the day so the feeling I had the first day felt like I was doing leg exercises so that told me they were working legs were still swollen some at the end of the day but not as bad as usual so I have ordered another 3 pair and decided to try the bra also Thanks
Although the shipment took forever to arrive.😄 I put on a pair immediately and was pleasantly surprised to feel a nice burn in my legs like I'd done squats (which I hadn't) it's been 8 days since I received and have worn them everyday -all day. I'm loving them and even wear them under my pants which gives them a nice smooth look!

The products are high quality and they work. Delivery took slightly longer than advertised. Theresponse to my inquiry about delivery was answered promptly, but was a general email telling me not to worry and not giving me a delivery estimate. It felt like it was written by AI. But the products did come eventually. They fit well. They were high quality and they reduced my cellulite noticeably in 12 days.
I love the leggings. They do exactly what the website says they do. They increase circulation in the legs and smooth them out. The bra not so much. There's no support for large breast. The bra wasn't a good purchase for me.
I would give them a -0 stars if I could. 5 seconds after placing my order I tried to reach them. I noticed my address was wrong. I have sent over 5 messages. They never returned any of them and they still sent to my old address. Can’t get my order refunded or even replaced.
