We’re proud of the quality and durability of our products—less than 1% of customers return our products for a refund! Our customers can replace damaged products using our warranty portal (https://getnoosh.com/a/service/warranty). Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes, and the replacement pair is usually shipped for free the same day. After looking into your case, we noticed that the damaged product was our Play Gloss. It's more sheer, much softer, and requires a little more caution, but is one of our bestsellers, as most of our customers love the sheerness, comfort & resistance to ladders. We are constantly experimenting with the optimal balance of style, comfort, and durability, and each of our products is unique. Unlike others, we do not focus solely on maximizing durability, as we want our tights to be your second skin, rather than being bulletproof. If durability is more important to you, our Semi Opaque can compete with any product on the market, and with our signature seamless waistband, the fit is much more comfortable and feels smoother and softer to the touch. Since it's been close to 6 months since your purchase, we're technically outside our refund and replacement window.
