When checking on my order via "chat," a person identified as Cathy put me on hold, then did not return! I then called their customer service phone number and the male who answered checked on my order. He then stated that it has not been shipped yet! 11 days of having my money and not shipping the product is very bad business.

I received a totally fake perfume…
I received a totally fake perfume Midnight Sin. It had been repackaged it was not in original manufacturing packaging. The bottle was upside down and the packaging doors that are supposed to open were stuck open on one side and wouldn’t open on the other side. It smelled like gasoline. After numerous attempts at contact received notice they will only take it back unopened. I left a review which never posted to the website. I did a chat because suddenly I couldn’t do another review. They wouldn’t answer me about the reviews. Then I got another notice to return in its original packaging. Which I had opened of course. Very unethical company buyer beware.

For one fix this website. I was kicked off trying to write a review for the 3rd time.
Bad service, not delivering what you promise on your website as you claim your perfumes being authentic, (the ones I bought are completely fake. "Wish edp woman 2.5 oz by Chopard".
I bought 4 of them for me and my sisters, I opened mine and it was fake. I didn't even give the other 3 to my sisters.
Your employees kept on hanging the phone up on me, and after waisted all afternoon, finally I got a return label and now I am waiting for my refund.
Never again buying anything from your company.
