GiftExpress sent 2 opened and damaged fragrances. I called after I sent an email with pictures and they told me I had to send an email. I informed them I did but wanted to speak to someone about an exchange. They hung up. Every time I called back, they would hang up. I sent them chat messages in TikTok and they were ignored. I chatted with them live during one of their live events. Person said I had to wait 3 business days for a reply to my email. I told him it had been 10 business days with no reply. He proceeded to ignore my messages. I opened a case with PayPal who finally reversed the charges and refunded me after 1 month. Buyers beware that GiftExpress sells opened and damaged products quite often and ignores requests for exchanges and/or returns.
