First box was great, then 2 days later I was charged for a second box with no warning, it arrived like the next day and was worth about £3, then glossy box made it difficult as possible to cancel the subscription, just kept replying saying you can have £1 off per month when all I wanted was the subscriptions confirmed as cancelled

The boxes were fun to receive, but good luck ever needing to stop receiving them. Been a week of trying to cancel and it’s the Spanish Inquisition as to why, and being told I can’t. Honestly ruined my entire experience. I was hoping to stop for a bit and return once the payments are more manageable but won’t be returning at this rate. Avoid.

I really enjoy receiving my monthly box of products. You usually receive five, there will be two to three sample sizes and sometimes this can be a little disappointing. You get to try products you may not have considered and indeed I have found some really good products that I now purchase regularly. Iview it as a bit of fun every month and look forward to getting the box, some beauty influencers receive it in advance so be careful on social media if you want to avoid the review prior to receiving your own box. Some months are better than others but that is really down to your personal preferences. It is a really easy subscription service and a little treat for yourself every month.

Terrible experience. I ordered the free Summer Beauty Set, but my order was unexpectedly cancelled even though I never cancelled it myself. Despite this, I was still charged. This feels very misleading, and I believe it may have been a scam to take money from my account. I would not recommend this company and am still waiting for my money to be refunded.

I purchased 4 mystery boxes which were a great price. They arrived promptly and I was very happy with the products received. 3 were in the pink boxes and one was in a lovely bag. Mystery boxes make great gifts and I would recommend.
