The majority of containers are small and barely have any produce inside. Some of them are a real find but most of them not...

The customer service were excellent! Everytime I had a query they went above and beyond to help me. The boxes received monthly were a lovely surprise and it was good as it was items I wouldn’t usually purchase and gave me the chance to trial them.

Glossybox credits
Final update!
Please everyone read my previous reviews, Glossybox has now blocked me from using there account, I can’t log in, my account with my original email isn’t recognised, I had over £40 of Glossy credits in my account!
Which they didn’t let me use, I was saving my glossy credit for the Advent Calendar, horrible company, just because I didn’t renew my contract with them, and I exposed them for taking money out of my account without my permission and I was going to take legal action against them.
I will never order from Glossybox again, and this is coming from an ex loyal glossy subscriber who used to purchase all the edits, and I know many of my friends and family members will also be cancelling contracts also!
I have never come across a company that bullies people so much, and thrives of influencers to sell beauty boxes that aren’t fit for purpose. I must have chatted to 12 different people on chat to resolve this issue I asked for a reference number, asked for someone to phone me, I asked if I could phone someone and speak to someone. But nobody phoned me, and nobody provided me with a number or reference number.
In the end they did cancel my subscription on their end! Hallelujah
My bank issued me with a refund
But Glossybox you had no right to take my £40 + credit!
You do know with this you going to lose loads more subscriptions?

Disappointing
Just started ordering subscriptions as a treat for myself and boy I wish I hadn’t. I used to get these years ago and there were so many great products that were included and it was cheaper! But now I received my first box are they all like this? Some little molton brown bottles that you get for free in a hotel? Some lotion, blush and a cheap beauty blender. So disappointed 😞

Oh where to start
Oh where to start! Truly awful to deal with...I tried to cancel but was told I was in a 12month contract (strange as i initially went 3months) anyhow thought I would stick with until Jan but that very months box contained a rodial primer with nothing inside, completely empty tube. Obviously unhappy as I didnt want to be paying anyway it took 2months of photo's, returns, sending proof of postage, delivery, countless messages on their awful customer services (you can't actually speak to anyone) they did indeed find it was faulty in the end and gave me £5 credit! Pretty cheesed off to say the least and when I said I was unhappy with credit when it should have been a refund they upped it to £10 as a 'final offer'. So not only do I have credit on a company I refuse to give anymore money to they still hold you to ransom on a contract I didnt sign up for...AVOID at all costs! I actually can't remember when I last got anything decent anyway its all crap just thrown into a box not even any packaging...and to think I used to love it ☹️

I would give minus stars if I could.
Customer service is a joke
There’s no way for you to actually cancel any subscriptions via their site and when you sign up to the 1month or 12 months that’s not actually 1 month you get they will continue to send them to you and charge you! Trying to return the unwanted items is a headache within its self! If you want nice items and no hassle I wouldn’t get glossy box they are dreadful

Repetetive item types in glossyboxes, and never anything too fancy (maybe max 1 item amongst 4-5.). But it's cheap when they have promos, also good to have an ability to test new items, but far majority you won't use / need as you still got similar stuff from the other box.

My daughter recommended glossy box to me, thought i would give it a go since I would also get a freebie, we all love a freebie right. They came to my door within 48 hours and I was over the moon with both my purchase and freebie. There was not 1 item that I would not use and because I was recommended I had 5 pound off so only paid £8.50 there was an eye mask in there and that alone was £24 to buy separate. Can't wait for my July box to come. Happy days!!!

I really like the glossy box monthly boxes had 2 so far really nice items in them definitely worth the money if you work out the individual prices of each item, a nice little package each month and nice to try new products and brands I have not heard of or used before.

After being subscribed for 18 months im thinking of cancelling. The boxes are getting repetitive and this months was particularly poor, yet another blush which I don't use, a couple of trial size bits n another body lotion. I could sink a ship with the amount I now have! Used to be milkshake better
