Great deal of buy 2 get 2 free was on when I purchased my order giving me 4 charms for the price of 2. Charms are well made & the variety is extensive. Delivery is international as I'm UK based therefore slightly longer but even although I made the order a couple of days before Xmas it was still here by the 30th December including all bank holidays.

I ordered a 10K Moissanite central stone with shoulder stones ring. The ring is stunning! I also received two free gifts. I know the gifts were free but the gifts were silver, I don’t wear silver and only gold so I shall hold onto these items to gift on at a later date. I have only given 4/5 based on the fact not even a gold tone item was on offer (yes I know that sounds silly but shame I can’t use the free items). Delivery was slower than anticipated but came exactly as described. Very pleased!

Chain is hilariously small, so are the charms. They look a reasonable size in the photograph but are barely a centimeter tall. Absolute rip off.

My order was a Christmas present and due to one of the charms being personalised it wasn’t going to arrive in time I contacted customer services who kindly split my order so it the rest could arrive in time and they sent the other charm separately at no extra cost the item where high quality and looked great

I ordered a few weeks before christmas and had an issue with shipment as 1 iteam was out of stock at that time but customer service was amazing and sent out the rest of the order that was in stock and it arrived on time.
