Absolutely stunning ring so worth the wait ordered on the 16th January had the ring on my finger 3rd February because it had to be hand crafted
Dear Alison, Thank you for your kind review! We are delighted to see how satisfied you are with the ring. Custom-made items do take time, but creating an absolutely stunning effect for you and having it on February 3rd makes it all worthwhile. Many thanks for your patience and trust. Enjoy wearing it!

I love gnoce, the jewellery is beautiful, it's high quality and it rivals the other company( you know who), but gnoce is just as good as they are and their charms are compatible with the other companies bracelets. So if you already have a bracelet you can still purchase the beautiful and wide range of charms. I would definitely recommend them, and if your lucky you might catch a good deal that they run often. They are not my go too for jewellery.
Dear Tickety, Thank you for your thorough and considerate review. We’re thrilled to hear that you love Gnoce and appreciate the quality and design of our jewelry. It’s wonderful to know that you find our charms compatible with other brands’ bracelets—that's something we truly value, as we want everyone to enjoy beautiful jewelry without limitation. We also really appreciate your honest feedback. If there’s anything we can do to become your go-to for jewelry, we’d love to hear your thoughts. Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we’re always here to help with any questions or suggestions. Thank you again for recommending us, and we hope you’ll continue to enjoy our frequent deals and new arrivals. Wishing you lots of luck in catching your next favorite charm!

Lovely jewellery at a good price
Dear Elaine, Thank you for your kind words! We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the quality of our products. We are committed to providing pieces that are made to last. Hope to see you again soon!
Gnoce first got my attention with their ‘personalised pendant’ which takes time. However my excitement couldn’t wait for it to arrive. My unrealistic expectation tempted me to contact them in just few days 🫣. But, they were kind and thorough enough with their explanation throughout the process. As a ‘gesture for inconvenience’ they sent an extra free mystery gift with my order. And…my order turned out just as i expected. This is the first time i have ever taken careful time for a review in return. 😊 Thank you GNOCE!
Dear Bina, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your shopping experience! We are delighted to hear that you are satisfied with the personalized pendant you received, and we completely understand your anticipation and eagerness while waiting. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and we are also very pleased that our customer service team was able to provide you with clear and detailed communication throughout the process. It is our greatest honor to send you a small, mysterious gift as a token of our appreciation and to make this wait worthwhile. Your recognition and this carefully written review are our greatest encouragement. We look forward to bringing you more wonderful jewelry and experiences in the future!
Gnoce jewellery is simply awesome. I have a bracelet and a keyring with many charms. They are all excellent quality and I love the unusual range of charms available. I can always find some that I really like. I have been wearing Gnoce stuff for years now and in all that time I have only ever had one problem, which they sorted out for me immediately. Very good, friendly customer service and also always very quick delivery.
Dear Peyn, Thank you for your excellent review. We're absolutely thrilled to hear that you’ve been enjoying your Gnoce bracelet and keyring for years, and that you love the unique range of charms we offer. It’s great to know our quality and designs have made you happy. We would also like to express our gratitude for your positive feedback regarding our customer service and delivery speed. While we regret to learn of the issue you encountered, we are pleased to have been able to resolve the matter promptly. We always strive to achieve this objective. Looking forward to bringing you more awesome jewelry in the future!
The products are not as they appear on the internet. The quality is much lower and comes from China, so shipping times were slow. I made an order in the 11th December and it arrived the second week in January. Returns are not easy because of this, so I have written the money off and ended up buying my partner a Pandora.
Dear Lorraine, That’s great to hear! We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with your purchase. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
Dear Emma, Thank you for your kind words. We are delighted to hear that you are satisfied with both our service and product quality. We are committed to delivering the highest standards of service and products. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. I look forward to the opportunity of serving you again in the future.
I bought a bracelet for my fiance for Christmas. Unfortunately it snapped, I emailed the customer service team and they were fantastic (Grace). It was handled by one person in a very timely manner, I was offered a replacement or an alternative, no questions asked other than a photograph of the bracelet so they could monitor for quality control. The bracelet was nice, but the service is what makes a brand. And it was tip top well done Gnoce!
Dear Charlotte, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear that the bracelet snapped, but we're so glad our customer service team—especially Grace—could turn things around for you. It is encouraging to learn that the issue was resolved swiftly and that you felt supported throughout the process. We would also be grateful for your feedback on the quality control photo, as it will help us improve our services. Thank you for choosing Gnoce, and we hope to bring you and your fiancée many more beautiful moments (and jewelry) in the future.
