My daughter and I visited Boston for 5 days and bought 5 day passes. We were pleased with the selection of attractions and saved a lot of money by buying the passes. It was very easy for us to use the passes and felt like we were able to explore Boston well with them.

This pass is great value for your money! There were so many attractions to choose from and showing the pass at the attractions was so easy! I would recommend this pass for any city to anyone.

The app is very easy and inuitive. But... We bought 3 passes through the app, first all was ok, but on the 1st day of usage, the pass was not activated. At the end of the day the app updated and suddenly our passes were no longer visible. Re-installing the app did not solve the problem as somehow the mail address I loaded the app with was not registered as contact mail. Customer Service first only works with AI and does nit solve the problem. Contact with human only via mail - no phone access in emergency cases. Reply on my mail only after 40 hours, which was when the trip was finished. Luckily I saved pictures of the passes on my phone which allowed us to still proceed with sightseeing, but we were unable to make necessary bookings for popular attractions which limited the accessability of the communicated attractions. Fazit: if technology works it is good value - customer service could definitely be improved.
This app sucks! In New Jersey/NYC for a short time. Bought 2 passes. The options, which is only 13, cause we did purchase the lowest pass do to the time of visit. And the booking ones, except the edge, populated a pop up that isn't available with our passes. Yet, shows available. Waste of money!
I liked Go City. But some attractions required to book ticket in advance. When I pressed the link in Go City app in order to book my ticket in advance the web page opened which asked me to buy ticket if I wanted to book ticket in advance. But I've already paid for the ticket by buying Go City..

The app was very helpful, and booking ahead of time using a "punch" was easy, even when the operator cancelled and we had to choose another experience at the last minute.

We went to New Orleans. The first 2 events were no problems. When we called to reserve the bus tour they told us it was sold out. So we called and made a reservation for the cooking class. When we showed up for the class they told us the passes were no good.
The Go City pass is a good way to see Hollywood and the surrounding areas. If helps save you money while exploring. Depending on which option you choose there are many different activities to choose from.

This was great! We were able to do the things we wanted as well as extra. We definitely would have paid more individually. We had no problems with our passes or acceptance of our passes. We will definitely see if there is a pass available on other vacations
