We weren't willing to pay $50 to park 2…

We weren't willing to pay $50 to park 2 vehicles at H2O water park so we did not get all of the attractions that we paid for. Parking also seemed way far away from the rides. This should have been mentioned prior to me by the pass.

The Go City Pass was a great investment…

The Go City Pass was a great investment for my trip to New York. It provided excellent value for money, was easy to use, and I had no issues accessing the attractions included in the pass. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city.

Nice expirience in Stockholm

There were a lot of options to chose from, which was really nice.

Great value

For the most part, the London Pass worked exceptionally well for me. It certainly saved me a lot of money, snd the GoCity app assisted with selecting attractions and planning my visit. The only issue I had was that two of my planned attractions were closed when I wanted to visit without warning on the app, and I also found the Hop-on Hop-off bus to be a waste. It took up valuable time that could have been spent doing something else. Perhaps adding an Oyster card with a specific included value for use on the underground could be an option?

I loved Go City

I loved Go City. I recommend to people who like to travels like me. I wish they will add more places around the world. Go City, provide you an idea on what all the activities that the City offer with good price as long as you know how to manage your time wisely.

Great value with proper planning

With the LA Go City Pass we had two days packed with memorable experiences! However it’s impossible to do all of the attractions included in the pass in two days. Since the attractions are spread across the metro area careful planning is required. Also the opening and closing hours need to be considered, since most attractions are available only 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Furthermore some attractions take more time than others, e.g. you can spend hours at Warner Bros or Knott’s Berry Farm but Dolby Theater tour takes only half an our and can easily be done as a filler while waiting for another attraction. The app is very helpful for planning, especially the map, but we also used ai for planning. We focused on Hollywood and North Hollywood for our trip. The first day we visited only Warnerbros Studio Tour and did the Big Bus Tour. We also visited Griffin Observatory in the evening, but did not make it to the guided tour in time. The second day we concentrated on one specific spot in Hollywood and did the Dolby Theater tour, Madame Taussauds, Hollywood Museum, Beverly Hills Bus Tour and we watched a movie in TCL Chinese Theater in the evening to get the most out of our two day pass. For attractions in other areas we would have definitely required a pass with more than two days.

Best way to see a city!

We recommend to everyone to use Go City when traveling. It is the best and cheapest way to really see a city. We've used it in so many of the cities we've traveled to.

Prime attractions

We hadn't taken our kids to Vegas until this trip. We wanted them to get a good overall idea what Vegas has to offer. In the next few years, when they turn 21, they will know what to do there. We tried to squeeze in as much as we could. There are a few options that are considered prime attractions. We decided to get the 3 day pass. You are allowed 1 prime attraction. I made the mistake of not paying attention to that detail. We had taken the helicopter ride, which was awesome, and prime. The next morning I was heading to get tickets for Ka only to be told that my pass wasn't working. It was then I realized some options are marked, and with the 3 day pass, you need to choose between those attractions. We were able to find a different show, WOW, that wasn't labeled prime, and we had an excellent time. There wasn't a bad seat in the place. For us, trying to see as much as possible, we had to drive to some of the attractions to make it work. The Escape Rooms, WOW, helicopter ride, and the Vegas sign, which has a parking lot. We took the monorail one way on the strip all the way to The Strat. We decided to use Uber to get back in time see the show WOW. We went to as many attractions as we could going down the strip. They all had something to offer. Just pay attention to the details in the description of each attraction. Some are only offered during certain hours in the day. I researched in advance and had a general idea which attractions might be able to fit into our schedule. My family had the best time. If we go again as a family to Vegas, I can see us getting a pass again.

I think this is a good way to plan family trips and do it in a manner where you can save. We really enjoyed being able to go so many different places and see so many things.

The Go City Stockholm app has outdated…

The Go City Stockholm app has outdated opening hours that belong to the winter season and it even incorrectly claims that you can't enter Fotografiska after 19:00 even though it's open to 23:00. I wasted time during my trip as a result of this incompetence, and I find it insulting that the company either does not employ people to check details or the employees do such a poor job.

easy inexpensive fun vacation

The pass was an inexpensive, easy to use, and was very informational with many activities to choose from.

Super convenient

Super convenient, easy purchase and uses. I highly recommend it. I saved over 900 $ in 3 days for 4 peoples. We do so much activities, that's incredible. Go, buy it

Go City in New York City

What an amazing experience with Go City New York City. We were able to experience so much more than if we hadn't gotten the pass. Recommend this for anybody wanting to experience more and the price, we saved so much money on all the activities, just wish we had more time.

I received a partial refund

*Update* After posting my review, I received a reply and followed up with the reviews team. They did offer me a credit for the tour we wanted but we sadly couldn’t accept it as we had already left London, so they refunded the difference between a 6 attraction pass and the 7 attractions I had originally purchased. I appreciate their efforts to help, it’s just still unfortunate I had to write a negative review to get the resolution I wanted. Don’t waste your money. Find another pass provider or another way to save on attractions. While at first glance you think Go City sounds great, if anything goes wrong, customer service will not help nor will they resolve your issue. We were overcharged for an attraction and while I reached out several times for help, and requested they credit back the error, response times were slow, unhelpful, automated copy and paste replies. Go City doesn’t care about any issues that may arise nor do they resolve them, so don’t put trust in this company, for if something goes wrong, it will stain your vacation like it did ours.
