Ms Claudia was wonderful. She had great knowledge and was very kind. You can tell she clearly wants to help you get exactly what you want. She answered all of our questions. Some before we even had to ask. She knew exactly where things were and made out shopping experience pleasurable and timely. This is a new location store in White Marsh Maryland.

For the basics, like using as a check register it works fine. And keeping my historical buys & sells with the cost basis. My biggest issue has been and continues is the set up. Recently I had to establish another account (Inherited IRA). This involved not only cash but shares of mutual funds and individual corporate bonds I received. Similar to other accounts I've established over the years, I have the new account established BUT because of the way I've apparently set them I am limited in how I can use them. Something to do with the choice of a banking (checking) account vs a investment account. I think!! Then when you are establishing these new investments into the account, how you reflect the new shares be added can also be very confusing. This has knock on effects going forward because even basic functions like monthly recs and reports highlight with a warning that a "Placeholder entries for missing data". Whatever that means.

I had trouble placing my order online. Reached out and spoke with a rep that helped me complete the order. The rep created an account and placed the correct items in the cart. I was able to check out myself later that day.
To be fair, I had used this company years ago with good results, and I probably would have been happy if UPS hadn't lost my package. Here's what happened: I placed my order, it was shipped, great. Everything looks normal and fine. Then, UPS loses the package. According to the tracking page, it went "out for delivery" in different state and didn't update for nearly two weeks. Because of the way it was shipped, I can't file a claim with UPS, so I contact the merchant. I explain everything. Customer care just tells me not to worry because it's out for delivery. I email again, explaining--again--why there is a problem, and it gets escalated. Finally, they admit it's lost and ask if I want a reshipment or a refund. At this point, a reshipment was neither useful nor even feasible, so I asked for a refund. They get back to me saying great! We'll process the reshipment ASAP. This was after a week of trying to get it fixed through customer care and nearly three weeks after the order was placed. In the end, I just gave up and filed a dispute with my credit card company. So, yeah. They're probably fine as long as nothing goes wrong, but I'd rather not take that chance.
