At first I downloaded the wrong attraction and text or emailed or a I'd and got it resolved immediately.And refunded, and then I spoke to somebody who assisted me on the correct way to do the tickets.

Ran out of time to use them all
Ran out of time to use them all, have to use them all to get refund if cheaper to purchase separately and not use Go City.

This Pass was really helpfull
This Pass was really helpfull. It is a good way to have access to the several attractions just with one Ticket. I really recommend it !

Great value, but you won’t see as much as you think you can!
I believe the pass itself is well worth the money and the convenience of not needing to think “I just want to pop my head into St Paul’s — is it worth £24?” (You just do it!). Just don’t think you’re going to see everything on your List due to the BRUTAL traffic. I waited for one bus 50 minutes and another 60 minutes. Also, look at”last entrance” times — often 3pm, so you don’t have as much time to see everything as you think you do! That has nothing to do with GoCity, but just plan your “must see” list accordingly and figure out the value of the pass for you. (This is based on using the Big Bus Blue route — the red route was much better but also used on a weekend when there was less traffic. I likely would have given this 5 stars if I only used the red route)

The addresses were wrong
The addresses were wrong, the companies (mostly museums) did not know what Go City was, needed bookings, which is impossible to know, during vacation, where we will be, and at what specific time.

Moving aroung with the assistance of GoCity was easy even in the place You know quite well. The system was handful for planning, and also facilitated re-arrangements of plans.

Go City Chicago
We bought the day pass for unlimited attractions in Chicago and loved it! We were able to experience 7 attractions in one day- something we wouldn’t have been able to afford had we not used the pass. Check in process went smoothly for every attraction although you cannot book in advanced, you have to book it there day of. I will definitely be using this again next time I visit a new city.

Well Worth the Money
We purchased a GoCity pass in San Diego. The 3 Day pass saved us $200+ on the attractions we visited. The passes allowed us to visit museums and exhibits that we would not have visited without the pass. Our 3 days was jam packed, but we committed to doing as many attractions covered with the pass as possible. The obvious attractions you visit in San Diego were awesome, but we thoroughly enjoyed others. Favorites for us included the Air and Space Museum, the USS Midway, the Illusions Museum and the Hop On Hop Off. Even if you have a limited number of days in San Diego, you do need to visit the Zoo and Safari.

So Simple and comprehensive
Firstly, with up to 112 venues to chose from in London. There were 90+ that I did not even know about. It really opened up the world of sightseeing. Everywhere I went, I approached the ticket desk, showed the pass and it was scanned directly off my phone. Sometimes I got a venue specific ticket and mostly I was simply waved in.
