Photos that load everywhere don't load for updates. Signing up for transfers took me more than 15 hours sbd seems still not complete. . Can name daily comments for people ....... if you hsve a disability that makes online posting and texting them difficult, theres is no disbility accommodation and no live call posdible - meaning many they puport to help are disqualified for needing help. Yeah they set up easy but what's the point, if your not dying, a pet or of a certain skin color nobody gives a hoot about you, was trying to raise funds for a.mom and her kids plenty of viewers visited but not a soul wanted to help not a soul gave a single dime or dollar I believe she'd have a better chance begging on the side of the road ..... so yeah deletes my account and the fundraiser it's not like she can wait a couple of years for things to pan out ..... but heck at the end of the day what dose it matter anyone e reading this will probably say we're some complainy beggers ..... but you try being born into poverty and live with a man who's a complete pice of $#%@ ..... who's only love is sports ..... thank you but I'd rather sweat and bleed to help this woman out since no one I. I opened a GoFundMe almost three weeks ago to support the Catholic Clergy in the area devastated for the twin earthquakes in June 24. I have requested the funds many times, each time chatting with robots, still my request is unsuccessful. Don’t Use GoFundMe avoid hard times.

Go fund me is not designed for elderly!

I’ve already left a detailed message reflecting my opinion and circumstances. I started a fund for a 75 year old lady. She lost everything in wildfire in Colorado on June 28. I requested help in getting money to her. She had no computer and only the clothes on her body. I was told no one was available to guide her personally. Your company is designed to help people. Look at your business model and make revisions for elders and not technical oriented people. I will tell this story to everyone until I hear that your organization has addressed the critical need.

We ran into a few issues with our account, but GoFundMe account representatives were so good with communication and fixing the issues we were having. Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. No understanding whatsoever of how much they screw someone over for a false flagged fundraiser. Locked it for no reason and my post I shared about it isn't accessible to anyone so now people aren't donating obviously. They said it would be 3-5 days. What a joke.

GoFundMe has been a blessing! And when I needed to take care of some things in my account, it was a beautiful thing connecting online with a live person! The AI component was ok but not great because it really couldn’t answer some of my questions. But it knew when to connect me to a human, which was a beautiful thing!

My Granddaughter age 7 was chosen to represent Florida Primary Girls. in the Nationals InLine Speed Skating Competition in Lincoln, Nebraska from July 7-14. We didn't have much time so we did what we could. It cost nearly 4,000.00 for her and her Mom to attend. We didn't get much put every little bit did help. Next time we will start earlier. By the way she received 2 Silver 2nd place medals and did very well being a young 1st time competitor.

I kept getting the impression that the account would be spread on different platforms. I kept getting email after email to spread the word to friends it would help. That’s where the problem begins all the people in the children and my wife and I’s life have helped all the could. I have a very small family. I can’t understand you will have some murderer or pedophile or degenerative type person and they get hundreds of thousands of dollars and here I am asking for help with four minor children to not have to be bullied or experience not being able to afford the sports or events they can’t get in ( a decent thing to ask for help and no one cares or acknowledges it. AVOID there are other sites out there

AVOID A site was set up for fundraising a boy who had been charged with a crime when he was innocent We know he was innocent because the incident like Henry Nowak was caught on camera in detail. However, the police asked for the video footage NOT TO BE SHARED 48 hours later the gofundme site raising funds for his defence was shut down. The official reason " we do not support legal battles" I have asked for an explanation as on the gofundme website is another successful site doing exactly the same cause but is alive and well. Absolute hypocrites And perhaps reading the reviews a lucky escape AVOID there are other sites out there

I’ve had nothing but trouble with the app Customer Service. And now I can’t even access the funds that were raised for my friend. They say they’re gonna help you and then they don’t follow through. They do not have a phone number where you can call someone which is the most stupid thing I’ve ever heard of. They’ll only help you with AI or through email. I would never recommend using this platform for fundraising ever.
