I have had a very frustrating experience with Healthcare Finance Direct (HFD). After my provider realized that the amount that should have been financed was lower, it felt like HFD was trying to keep the interest and the payments I had already made instead of applying them to the correct financed amount. My account was also financed before the dental work was even completed, which made the situation even more confusing and unfair. I sent multiple emails about the issue, but they were repeatedly ignored and never properly addressed. I felt like I was being thrown to the wolves and left to deal with the consequences on my own. My dental provider issued a refund of $2,681.00 to HFD. During a recorded phone call, an HFD representative acknowledged that they could see there was a problem with my account. However, my financed balance was not properly adjusted after the refund was received. I was told that a supervisor would call me back to resolve the issue, but no one ever did. As a customer, I expected better communication and follow-through. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to get this corrected, yet the issue remains unresolved. I believe customers deserve accurate account balances, timely adjustments when refunds are received, and responsive customer service. I hope HFD reviews my account, corrects the balance, and improves its customer service so other customers do not experience the same problems.

One star is a PUSH!!!! Absolutely a joke of a company!!! Does not honor any signed contract and will take more money than agreed upon which makes me think they are a fraudulent company. “Manager” doesn’t know anything about the application process which seems laughable to me. I will never deal with this shitshow of a “business” again.

This company doesn't follow laws that protect rights to file a grievance against the company for not allowing me to speak with a higher up individual pertaining to the my financing They are not giving me my refund and our refusing for me to file a grievance against the company his name was Joseph and he was acting in a legal manner as though this is what he does to protect the company from our grievance or whatever else I find this to be very distraught and very distasteful for a company to hide behind the blinds of abiding by the laws This is a terrible experience with this company which I never intend to have any dealings with again

Life saver for emergencies! I got a dental treatment related to an (out of nowhere) infection, I was able to get it done with their help and payment plans! I’m very grateful for it and for the staff, more than once I was able to talk with Julian and get through different things that I needed help with, also in Spanish! Thank you again.
