I will not be purchasing from Golden eagle coins anymore. I have been a good customer for years and they have had no problems with me but they decided to treat a good customer very poorly. I purchased a coin. They sent the wrong one. The remedy was to return the coin and then repurchase it at the new market value punishing the customer rather than the dealer taking responsibility. The other dealers more than bend over backwards to resolve the problem. I will not tolerate this arrogance.

Have made multiple buys without any issues. Shipping is a little slower than other online bullion dealers but much lower premiums more than make up for it,

GREAT SERVICE!

I placed an order for the Pamp 2 coin Fender set of silver coins. Being away at my winter home, I was afraid they wouldn't get to me before time to leave. I kept in direct contact with the store and explained my dilemma. They got to me expediantly and I was thrilled. The coins are just as advertised! Most importantly the staff is superb. I will buy from them again!

I THINK GOLDEN EAGLE IS AWESOME

I THINK GOLDEN EAGLE IS AWESOME. THEY CARRY COINS THAT NOBODY ELSE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH. I'VE SPENT NEARLY 5K WITH THEM, AND I INTEND TO SPEND MORE. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, DON'T EMAIL THEM, CALL THEM. A FRIENDLY VOICE WILL ALWAYS HELP YOU OUT.

I paid too much for the fractional rounds. I will pay better attention to saved orders yet to pay.

friend of mine

Friend of mine turn me onto ur web I was in the process of getting a checking account when you guys made it okay to use credit cards which I've been using since you okayed credit cards. You've made it so much easier to order. I've done three orders so far and I'm sure there's going to be plenty more. Going to recommend you to some more people as well ty just wish I could order more than 1,000$ at a time on cc

Good selection of coins and good service

One of the best.

There are only two places I will buy precious metals... and Golden Eagle Coin is one of them. Great prices, fast delivery and stellar communication. The customer service is unmatched. STAY AWAY FROM Apmex and JM Bullion. Completely the worst.

2023 Germania Witchcraft…

Purchased 2 2023 Germania Witchcraft rounds. Found their price to be better than any other distributor to include: Ebay and PMSFORSALE(reddit). Coins arrived quickly and were in BU condition. Was very pleased with price and delivery of rounds.

Good coins and fair prices.

I like Golden Eagle above all of the others because the prices are fair. But what really sets Golden Eagle apart is I don’t pay sales tax on my orders and the minimum amount per order to avoid shipping fees is lower than most.

Reliable company

I will highlight two important points for me. 1 - high quality of coins, 2 - very good packaging when sending the coin. This is important for me, since there was a case of opening the package during delivery in another company, as well as a broken capsule on the coin with a very weak package. Of the minuses - there is a delay in sending coins, but 2 advantages outweigh this minus.

Another great purchase from Golden Eagle coins. I love their selection and prices! The only thing I wish they would improve on is the usual two-week turnaround from payment to arrival. That seems a little slow.

No one to respond to delivery date change

The consignee could not be home for the first delivery or the second delivery. I could not reach a person to talk about the delivery for two days only a nonresponsive robot. Once I reached a FEDEX rep, he said I could not instruct FEDEX to change the delivery date to 6/10/2025. I could not reach anyone at Golden Eagle Coins until this morning 6/7/2025 at 10:30 AM. The rep said nothing could be done to change the FEDEX delivery date from 6/9 to 6/10 and the shipment will go back to Laurel, MD! This is a mindless process!
