Received my Gozney Dome Gen 2 and encountered an issie with the gas igniter, contacted support and received an excellent response fron Arek with several troubleshooting options, all containing photographs and simple instruction. Sure enough the answer was one of these and the problem is resolved. The oven is incredible and extremely versatile, highly recommend all Gozney products.

I love my Gozney ARC, Ive been making home baked pies for a while now and decided to invest in the ARC not because I want to start a business.....yet! But because there are no take aways for restaurants who make good pizza. There is a learning curve, quite steep between a gas fired oven and my home electric oven but the results are night and day using Gozney. I have made some par baked pizzas for friends and the feed back ive received have got me considering to venture into the business, unfortunately Ive had to put this on hold as I had to resign from my position at work due to the a workplace injury, Im hopeful I can get this off the ground and make pies with a signature twist, but for now its recovery focus. The only reason for the four stars is that being a member of various FB gozney groups there is a glaring issue with CS or the lack of it. So Tom, if you read this and you need a proactive customer services guy hit me up.

These lil ovens are perfect, it was incredibly easy to set up and get started, and I’ve made about 10 or 11 pizzas over 10 or 11 nights and the propane tank hasn’t emptied yet.
I highly recommend the Arc XL, great value, I’m very happy with my purchase!

Oven is awesome but order management , shipping , tracking and customer service is severely lacking. My oven was shown as shipped and delivered.Oven tracking number somehow was same as stand which was delivered on time (1 of 1).After close to 3 weeks of back and forth with customer service it was determined that oven was never sent because warehouse had no stock?! Eventually got the oven.

Beautiful addition to our outdoor kitchen. The delivery was superb however, I have to admit that I was a bit overwhelmed and intimidated by all of the packages.
