My ~1 year old Dome S1 wouldn't light anymore after wind blew out the flame. Turns out if was heavily damaged below by the flame going where it shouldn't. :( But Gozney offered a full replacement with the newer gen at no expense to me... so no complaints! Process takes a while of course with 100+ lb objects, but customer service good throughout.

I ordered my Gozney about 2 years ago--it arrived promptly, well packaged, and intact. It was fairly easy to put together, although I think the company could be clearer that the oven (I have the OG Dome) is VERY heavy. My husband and brother-in-law had to get it on the stand, I could never have done it alone. But just yesterday we hosted 15 people and I made 7 pizzas that were devoured!

My Gozney Dome (dual function)-a Good choice for me.
My Gozney Dome (dual function) works well as promised. I'm still practicing with sliding of the dough onto the stone. I've tried pre-firing the dough round for 30 seconds , then removing it to dress and then returning it into the stove for approx 2 minutes while turning it. Following the booklet instructions, the pizza oven is precise in its functioning and It Delivers!
