I ordered the wrong size oven cover and was so pleased at the prompt service and support of the customer service representative in returning the item. I have been buying some of the other items such as the peel, the pizza cutter etc. and I’m impressed with the quality. I’ve also been watching the pizza making videos and have gotten a lot of great tips that have made things so much easier!

My wife and dog got me the Arc for Pawthers Day and I love it. I've been experimenting with making pizzas in our kitchen for a couple of months but both of them know how much I love to cook outside. This oven is amazing and I still have a lot to learn but the pizzas I've made so far been outstanding.

We had an issue with the delivery being split, so only received one pallet with half the order, your customer service team put this right straight away and sent the missing items out to us by express delivery, it’s extremely rare to get good customer service these days. Also the Dome 2 pizza oven is amazing, a real quality product, not to mention the quality of the packaging! Would really recommend this company and product! 😃

The Gozney Arc XL is a beautiful pizza oven, the assembly instructions are VERY easy and clear to understand and the stand is manufactured very well, it has made pizza making so enjoyable.

I own a Gozney Dome for a few years now with great satisfaction. I make great pizzas in it and like the fact that I can use both gas and wood. The stone puck broke into pieces which is needed to switch from one fuel type to the other. After contacting Gozney support Arek helped me greatly by sending a replacement stone puck free of charge. That is really good customer service.

We're crazy about our Roccbox, but had some difficulty registering it online. We called Gozney Support, and WOW, what an extraordinary representative.
