For the most part my experience was great. I was having it delivered to my cabin and was told that I would be called before it was delivered to give instructions. That didn’t happen. But it was delivered early and in perfect condition.

No ability to agree a delivery date. Once told delivery was occurring on a day I would not be home it took 5 calls to get the delivery date changed and confirmed. Response time from Gozney more than 3 days via chat room. No use to me.
The stand was difficult to put together. Some of the internal leg nuts are misaligned meaning it is very difficult to screw the frame together. I don’t think some of the screws will actually come out now if I needed to unscrew.
The quality of the instructions needs to be better. The instruction for screwing the oven to the base with a single threaded screw is very hard to decipher.

Spent a lot of money on dome but now cannot get the accessories I want because you don’t support them anymore. Very disappointing.

We understand it's disappointing when the accessory you're looking for is no longer available. As we've gradually phased out the original Dome and Dome S1 accessories, availability now varies by region, and some items are no longer in stock. We do still recommend checking with local Gozney retailers, as they may have remaining inventory.
While some accessories have been discontinued, please rest assured that your Dome remains fully supported under warranty, and spare parts for the oven itself will continue to be available.

This is such an amazing purchase! I ordered it for a Father’s Day gift in honor of one of our favorite Bluey episodes. It did not disappoint! It arrived as promised and was ready to go right away. We took the advice and bought some premade pizza dough from the grocery store to try it the first time. We cranked out 6 pizzas in about 8 minutes each and they were AMAZING! Great packaging, instant setup, a huge hit!

Took too long to get a response with a serious issue, too much gas getting to my NG pizza oven. Had two plumbers out and they said that the pizza oven should be regulating the gas, not turning the gas down in my main line.

I recently bought 2 Arc XLs and 2 Tread ovens, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The build quality is outstanding, they're incredibly easy to use, and they produce amazing pizzas every single time. As a pizza business owner, they've been a fantastic investment.
The only thing I've managed to break... was my own Arc XL stone 🙃. Maybe that's a sign I deserve a replacement! 😄
Jokes aside, Gozney has been brilliant, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their products to anyone looking for a premium pizza oven.

i love the wood burning adapter. However, it doesnt fit enough wood and it needs to be refilled regularly for it to keep the heat.
