My original order has to be returned, but I gave a 4 star rating because I have been communicating with the company to rectify my issues with the order. I'd like to give a review after I receive the custom ordered doctoral robe I am ordering to replace the original that did not fit my husband. As I mentioned, I am pleased the assistance I have gotten so far and will send another review once the custom doctoral robe is received in a few weeks. Thank you.
My daughter finished out her last years of high-school enrolled in Penn Foster (home school program) and since she can't have a traditional graduation ceremony and worked so hard to graduate earlier than her Sr. Class, I ordered all of the items required to throw her a private ceremony. I was very pleased with the professionalism, accuracy & speed that this company offered. The products were also exactly what I was hoping for.
Graduation Outlet had the item I was looking for. They had the item I needed to replace my graduation tassel that has long since disappeared, or misplaced.
Service was fine and fast. Wish the site had more reference images of the tassels year charms
Service was fast and easy. They had exactly what I wanted and it arrived quickly. Thanks!
Great quality, quick delivery.
Fast shipping, and great communication.
My cap and gown came fast. And it’s perfect
We could not be more pleased with Graduation Outlet! Our son's cap and gown with the tassel and charm arrived within one week of ordering and it looks great! He just got his high school graduation photos made, and he looks really sharp. The quality and price were better than we expected. Thank you so much for making this such a hassle free and wonderful experience for us! We will continue to use Graduation Outlet for our next two children! Sincerely, The Trent Family
Fast delivery and care taken with paclaging.
Item arrived in good time and good condition. Item was as described
I was told by the school that it would be free shipping. I tried both ways shipping home and to school and it charged me about 15.00 of shipping. My daughters friends purchased theirs and it was free shipping.
Hi Abigail, The free shipping would populate automatically for you if you only added the item that is free shipping, which was the package set up for your school. Since an additional item was added to the cart, the system did not offer free shipping.
Order was received and arrived promptly with the desired items. Very pleased!
Our order arrived today. The cap and gown are Beautiful! The color and material is much richer looking than I would have imagined for the price. The sizing is a perfect fit. The gown was folded, appeared pressed, and neatly packaged as if made to order! The hat is also a perfect fit and we received the correct tassle. Thank you so much from a stressed out grandmother raising a teen. Mrs. Miller
