They offer good products at good prices but when you need after sales support for a product that malfunctioned inside the warranty period with proof, I had a hard time till I get a replacement device (I was initially offered a partial refund but I was eligible for a replacement device, had to go through a dispute procedure with my bank to finally get offered a replacement device). I have bought from there before and I'd buy again, but the after sales support is something to keep in mind, especially for expensive devices

If I could, I wouldn’t give a single star. Give this a wide berth, unless you like taking risks or have a grudge against someone – in which case, go ahead and recommend it – there’ll be trouble. I bought a smartphone on 7th February; over a month later, I was told the model was no longer available and that, for an additional fee, they could either exchange it for another model or refund my money. My decision was to cancel the order and get a refund. They informed me that the refund would be processed within 2–3 working days. A week later, I asked where's my money , as there had been no refund. The reply: you have to wait, as it takes a bit of time. I informed these scammers that I was requesting a chargeback from my bank, and that's all. I sent all the correspondence to the bank; let Mastercard take the money from them. TO SUM UP: this shop is a complete joke; mord than two months after payment, the order status is still ‘PROCESSING’. As usual, a bot replies; if you’re persistent, they’ll respond. One can only guess that the money defrauded from who knows how many customers over these few months is earning interest in a savings account. Positive reviews? These days, you can buy anything... I hope this review saves you from making a mistake – there are more reliable places. And gshopper deserves nothing more than a middle finger. EDIT. 3 MONTHS AFTER... Today is 6 May. Has anything changed since 7 February? Unfortunately not. I’m still without a phone and haven’t had any money refunded to my bank account. So tomorrow will mark the third month of this "happy adventure" with gshopper... As I’ve already mentioned, I don’t believe a single one of your promises. Is your PR ploy to save face simply to write: "We have conducted an investigation"? Was this just an isolated incident? With so many negative reviews? ‘Gshopper’s management has taken this matter very seriously’. Hahah, don't know whether to laugh or cry. "On 16 April, colleagues from our Marketing Department came across your feedback on various social media platforms and investigated the matter. After reporting this to senior management, the issue was treated with the utmost seriousness. Following thorough verification, it was discovered that a member of staff had entered your refund details incorrectly, resulting in the delay to your refund. A dedicated specialist has been assigned to handle your case"; "On 17 April, the Finance Department confirmed that your refund request had been reprocessed and marked as completed". So where’s my money? Because you certainly haven’t refunded it. If it was just an incident earlier and a low-level employee made a mistake, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO NOW that the whole ‘management team’ has got involved??? It looks like you need a different sort of investigation. One carried out by the police. I hope the owner finds out how his company operates and either sorts things out or shuts this shambolic business down. Stick your apologies where the sun don’t shine, and don’t offer discounts on future purchases. One experience with you is enough to ensure I never return and to warn others. Piick up your toys and go back to the sandpit. I’ve got better things to do than correspond with scammers. Let people know that making them wait three months for a refund is no problem for you...

After reporting this to senior management, the matter was treated with the utmost seriousness. Following repeated verification, it was discovered that a staff member had entered your refund details incorrectly, resulting in the delay in your refund. A dedicated specialist has been assigned to handle your case; On 17 April, the Finance Department confirmed that your refund request had been reprocessed and marked as completed; This incident has been taken very seriously by the Gshopper management team, and we will implement the following measures to prevent such occurrences in the future: 1. Introduce a dual mechanism of verification and procedural checks into our processes; 2. Gshopper plans to establish a direct reporting channel to the Gshopper management team; We apologise once again for the poor user experience this has caused. Should you purchase products from us again, Gshopper will offer an additional discount as compensation.

Very fast shipping - the delivery to Hungary took exactly 1 week (ordered on Thursday, and it was delivered by local DPD courier on the next Thursday). The phone itself is very nice (I moved from Pixel 10 Pro XL), the battery is insanely good, as well as ColorOS 16 is exceeded my expectations. Also there was an original case in the box and UK charger, and two gifts from Gshopper - additional 67W charger and glass screen protector. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.
