Great Experience
Donald helped me book a trip with multiple airlines and multiple countries. So helpful and patient! He couldn't have made it any easier! I even had to step away from our conversation for 15 minutes in the middle and he was there when I got back to pick up where we left off! So rare to find customer service and care like that today. Particularly when dealing with it all via live chat.

Greate Experience @gurufare with Kanye
Kanye was an absolute lifesaver! After my initial booking didn’t go through, he stepped in right away and not only helped rebook my ticket, but also managed to find a lowest fare. He went above and beyond—super patient, thorough, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a smooth, pleasant one thanks to his exceptional support. Highly recommend—Kanye deserves 5 stars!

Gany at Gurufare
I had the pleasure of working with Gany on two separate issues on the same day. Gany was thorough, conscientious, and very professional. He explained all the details and next steps so that I was fully prepared. All of my concerns were addressed, and all of my needs were taken care of while I was still on the phone.

I made a reservation with Gurufare, but for some reason, the payment did not go through. Shortly after, I received a phone call from Renne, who was extremely helpful and persistent in finding me the best flight and making sure it was processed. She was very polite and a real pleasure to work with! I would definitely use Gurufare for future flights!
