The lead time for delivery was long. It ended up being right at 2 months total, from the time I signed the contract to actual delivery. And just a little over 2 weeks more than the estimated delivery time frame. Communication was lacking as well. Everything I heard in reviews before I chose them. But the price was a lot cheaper than a few of the other well known competitors and the bike was not damaged during shipping!!
once the bike was picked up at our dealership, it sat in a warehouse in another state, customer was not happy.. if its going to be a period of time from pick up to delivery customer on both ends needs to be notified!! this is from the first dealership (pick up)
You picked up the bike 2 days after your pick up date expired and you delivered the bike the following week from when you said you would deliver and you took forever to move the Motorcycle
David was a true professional and a great communicator. He told me what to expect and made the delivery as stress free as possible. Dottie was very helpful as well and always kept me updated. Great experience! I would use HaulBikes again.
The Employees are always excellent to work with. The delivery took much longer than expected, which was true the last time I shipped with Haulbikes.
It took over two months to get the bike from GA to NH, which is unacceptable. I have used Haul Bikes for years, well over a dozen times, and it is taking longer and longer to get the bikes delivered, and they also no longer go to smaller towns.
As a regular customer of Haul Bikes I received the worst experience with customer service the bike was delivered 60 days after it was picked up. I had to micromanage this whole pick up process because of lack of coordination with the office and logistics as far as a release of liability. I asked to speak with the owner about my concerns with this process he never bothered to contact me I feel like he does not care about his customers obviously I will no longer be working with this company. A real shame because I actually had all of my bikes show up in good condition the drivers are super people but also now they won't deliver to New England so that puts me out of reach for this company anyway I would look into other options before you decide to work with this company they have slid way downhill and if you want your bike within 60 or less days you are not going to get that with Haul Bikes
Very trustworthy. This is the second time I use your company to move a bike and would definitely use you again. My bike arrived safe and sound. Drivers are very professional and handle the bikes with care.
Great shipping relative to taking care of the bike, but took a total of 6 weeks to get bike from Colorado to arizona. If you are in a hurry, this may not be your transport company. Communication could have been better too. Emails requesting status were not responded to either.
First time using a Motorcycle delivery carrier, communication between office personnel pick up and delivery drivers were on point, price very reasonable. My only complaint(more like venting lol) is that i was expecting for the motorcycle to get delivered sooner, Bike got picked up in Surprise, AZ delivered Tucker, GA and it took a month for it to be delivered but at the same time it's all about timing...... is summer time and everybody is doing their move. Thumbs-up definitely will recommend them and use their services again.
The Driver, Ivan was professional and respectful. He took great care in documenting the bike and securing the load. Your logistics team on the other hand were greatly delayed with coordinating the trip In a timely fashion. The bike sat at your terminal for a total of 8 weeks in PA. These delays made me miss 2 large motorcycle rallies. Communication with customer service at first was good, but fell off the chart when shipment was returning. It was approximately 10 weeks round trip your company had my bike. Highly disappointed with that part of the service.
I had a great experience with HaulBikes. Pickup was fast, the drivers were friendly, and the staff was very helpful throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
The bike arrived, looks like in the same shape as when it left New England. That's good! The just ok? It took about a month and a half to arrive. The unfortunate? No call or message to let me know it was arriving. I had to leave work an hour early.

Make sure you understand when calling and setting up a bike transport with Haul bikes that it may take up to 6 weeks before you ever see your motorcycle. Not quite sure why but it took 6 weeks to get my motorcycle from San Diego to Tennessee. I was told it would be there soon and the dates kept getting pushed back and pushed back and they told me it was in transit. :(. Extremely frustrating.
Arrived on time, you can tell that the driver is patioate about motorcycles and took extreme care of umloading my bike.
Price was great , phone calls were fine bike came as promised . Pick up was only five days late and it showed up 21 days late. Good service just don't expect pick up or delivery on est. dates Thanks
