I can't seem to get an answer why it takes 18 days to pick a bike up, & then 28 days to deliver ?????????

Great service but a bit long. Took 5 weeks exactly from FL to MI. but overall a great company.

Good value cross country transportation

In today’s market it was good value for the $$ spent. Bike was loaded and unloaded with care. Would have appreciated more communication regarding estimated time of arrival during the process.

I had a great experience having my ATV transported from the East Coast to Los Angeles. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and I was kept updated throughout the delivery. My Driver John kept me in communication which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The team handled everything professionally and with great care. I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing reliable long-distance transportation for an ATV, motorcycle, or other vehicle.

I initially gave wide delivery…

I initially gave wide delivery parameters of 30 Day expected delivery of a bike across country from CA to SC. Actual delivery time was over 75 days with very limited updates. I had to inquire to get updates. Driver was courteous and professional, but system wide was a failure. Would not recommend.

Took just shy of 2 months to get my bike from Chicago to San Diego. No communication, no apology for delay. I expected better. That being said, their staff took good care of my bike. Should call themselves monthly direct instead of daily direct

You delivered my ultimate joy! Some of us just can't go without our Harleys! Thank you! I think the driver should get a new trailer or someone fix the one he has! He shouldn't have to deal with the back door not functioning properly! That is dangerous. If that door was to break even more while going down the highway, it will not be good for cars behind the truck!
