We’re sorry to hear that your item broke after only 10 days. This is not the standard we expect from our jewellery, and we would always put right a fault that develops, especially so soon! Please contact our customer care team with your order details, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. I needed a stunning bracelet before a certain date and I left it until last minute, they managed to help me get the bracelet in less than 3 days. The bracelet was absolutely perfect, in the most stunning packaging. Would definitely recommend HBD to all friends and family.
