The customer service ,and reordering was made simple for client.But sometimes most recently the quality of the tabs that hold the briefs up fails.They donot stick well,and fall off easily,this is very difficult for me to keep the briefs on properly.Please address this problem.And correct the picture on your Website,you donot offer prevail briefs,but the picture suggest otherwise!Thank You!

We have been a client for 8 years, a recent decision to limit the amount of supplies my son needs, per DR order, is very concerning. What was a covered expense is now a added one. There was no notice, or no notice of change. I am sure I am not the only one this has affected. I contacted a couple other sources and looks like a federal thing.

HCD is always on time and the contents are always accurate. When we needed to upgrade the type of undergarment, the HCD representative was knowledgable about the product lines and offered solid advice. No downside to this service. Highly recommended.
