Your company decreased our authorized amount of diapers per month which leaves my disabled daughter on tube feedings with only 6 diapers a day. AND told by your phone/customer service operator that there was nothing I could do and I could not appeal. If I could find another company to deal with I would. What happened to you?😡

I really appreciate the text reminders when it is time to reorder supplies. Even more it is great that text has a link to allow you to easily and quickly renew needed Rx supplies. If there are any issues I have found the call center staff to be mostly helpful and knowledgeable about my specific needs.

HCD has provided my Diabetic supplies…
HCD has provided my Diabetic supplies for several years. It has been very trustworthy and I often recommend them. The exception occurs when verification for my doctor's orders has been questionned, I think by Medicare. At times, more information was required and a signature was missing. This has required my active contact between HCD and my doctor. It is this frustration that results in 4 stars instead of 5. Thank You.

HCD has provided incontinence supplies…
HCD has provided incontinence supplies for me for several years. They are quick to verify any changes with my primary care physician and then just as quickly make those changes for me. I have never had any problem. They are always friendly, polite and helpful if I need to contact them by phone. My supplies arrive when they're scheduled to. HCD has made this particular health concern something I no longer worry about. I can't imagine anyone else ever doing a better job and plan to be with them for years to come.
