I love the product - been using it for about 5 years. Lately though delivery of the product has been sometimes a day or 2 after I have run out. This past month they did not arrive until 2 full days after I had run out. Thank goodness, in preparation for sometjing like this to happen I purchased an extra box just in case. This month I went into the extra box for two full days of catheters That's 8 in total.

They ring your phone off the hook every day once to twice a day when starting about to weeks after you receive your order. To place your next order. However now when you do get low on supplies and request your order it takes 2 weeks to get it. We use to get them within 3 days of ordering. Like last month my supply order renewed on the 16th. They start ringing the phone the 10th Well I didn’t need them at the time. So I ordered them on the 24th. I ended up having to buy supplies from Walmart because they didn’t ship until the 3rd of the next month. I didn’t receive my supplies until the 6th.
