Hello Fresh I like, but FedEx is letting them down
I have no issues with Hello Fresh. Enjoy the menu choices and the food quality. FedEx is letting them down though. Have had multiple late (1-4days) deliveries and several times boxes have arrived crushed.

The ingredient bags have been soaked with water from the icepacks lately. The box is a soggy mess to unpack. We've also had missing ingredients more than once. The delivery is consistantly on-time, which is a nice change from our previous meal service.

I recently had an order that was missing the potatoes...there was only 1 and should have been 12 oz. Thru website I was given a $2.64 credit. It is not so much the credit, but the need then to go to the grocery store that is most frustrating as that is the motivator for meal subscription in my particular case. I completely understand errors will happen, but the cost to cover the potatoes did not reflect the best in customer service.

I signed up for a promotional knife and I haven’t received it. I’m way past my fourth box.
I only signed up for the knife.

The refund policy is unacceptable. We received the box at midnight so it stayed overnight in this heatwave. All I received was about 50 % of the value.

We feel like we're enjoying gourmet dinners at home for affordable prices.

Many of the meals are delicious. There are many choices each week. Meals often take longer to prepare than estimated on the recipe cards. We’ve had trouble off & on with missing ingredients, and this winter & spring we had many many delivery issues, with boxes being late or missing.
