I am so mad about not receiving my order on time. Fed ex delayed my delivery for 24 hours plus. Upon receiving my package ice was all melted everything was warm and was leaking in the box. This is not the way to run a business. I even contacted Hello fresh the day it was supposed to to be delivered and let them know my order was delayed a day. I was told everything would still be fresh. Not true ! Chicken was warm and disgusting. So disappointed . I didn’t have supper because of this issue. Probably won’t be ordering from this company any more.

My first order never arrived
My first order never arrived, hopefully my second shows up. The promo was a ‘bait and switch’ because I’m not ordering enough - I want to try before I fully commit. So far not off to a great start. Customer service was helpful getting me credits from the missing box but then I was charged full price for my second (now first?) box. After another call to Customer Service I was refunded as the credits weren’t applied to the second box. I keep receiving emails asking for feedback when I haven’t even tried the product yet, my experience has not been great.

We have enjoyed most of the recipes, but I'm already feeling the pressure to make sure everything gets cooked. Had to hold off on something from last week and ordered extra for this week. Cancelled next week. I'm not fond of all the separate packaging for the ingredients, though I understand it's necessary. My biggest complaint is the tiny cloves of garlic. I have to add more :)

Has not been a great experience. I’ve canceled my subscription so many times, I’ve lost count; I had to block them and I still keep getting notices that my payment failed to go through….for months now.

Never revived my guest order still charged for a fee. Was told I would get a refund and never did instead another shipment was sent. Cancelled still got charged. Contacted them. States I did cancel but not for the most recent order. Checks my account sees it booked for more order the entire month even after cancelling. Disputing with bank

At least twice our meals did not arrive at all. More than twice we were missing at least one meal of the three. Many times ingredients are missing or not correct. Many times the recipes are not in the box, which is not as big of a deal as we can log on and get then. Very poor/boring choices that are both low sodium and low calorie.

Tastes bud will love you for this
After getting 2 deliveries of 4 meals the 3 we have had so far have been absolutly amazing the flavor profile is way above what i expected and it allows me and my girlfriend to be very adventurous with meals and cooking i would highly reccommend and would continue getting these meals sent to me

The paper sacks have been coming in soggy, so all the stuff is falling out. Continue to not have fresh vegetables. I threw my cucumbers out on the last order. 🥺
