The food was good and made more than 2 meals out of each package for me. The first one I made, I just split it in half but it was really more than I wanted for each meal. The second one, I just put what I thought I would eat on my plate. I just ate from it for the third time and have another serving left. The instructions are plain and not hard to put together. The delivery was made to my front door instead of my back door, so I had to carry it around. I hope they get this right from now on because they are pretty heavy with the ice packs.

I have not received even one order yet. My first order never arrived and the last communication I received was that my delivery was postponed a day - then no delivery . . .

Some work is needed.
The food is typically good. I wish I could customize the side/vegetable options. Too many meals have rice and there isn’t really a substitute. Also eating broccoli and green beans week after week gets pretty boring.
The delivery consistency leaves a lot to be desired. I’ll go weeks of have consistently dropped off early in the morning (which I love), then suddenly my box gets delivered late or the next day. This has made me quit using HelloFresh in the past. The customer service when there is an issue is not great.

Delivery was supposed to be August 3rd - said delivery will be August 4th which is today and still haven’t gotten it and an email sent telling me to pick next deliver by tomorrow! Not impresses

There were many recipes to choose from. The food was very tasty.
The meals are very expensive.
The recipes are easy to follow.
I ordered twice and had a small issue both times. (Potatoes were rotten. Recipe card was missing.)
Serving size was generous.

I love not having to shop for groceries or choose what's for dinner. I love the step by step instructions and that I get to cook my family different and healthy meals. I love most of the recipes too. I love that the ingredients are measured out too!
I don't like that it's not always fresh. Sometimes the vegetables seems like they've been frozen and unfrozen. Especially the potatoes. You can tell because they become rubbery. Sometimes the vegetables are very wilted or slimy when I get them too. So, it's somewhat hit and miss. I really don't like it when a paper recipe is missing. It's not as easy to follow on my phone. But worse is when there are missing or wrong ingredients, which happens more and more often lately.

Delivery timing issues and missing meal instructions
Ordered our meals for the week of August 10th, the meals were sent a week early. The second order was delivered and the ice was completely melted and one of the recipes was not in the box. I am trying hello fresh again, but it seems the same issues are occurring, This may be the last week for me for good!

Hello Fresh makes cooking easy. I'm not a good cook. Even following the easiest recipes can be challenging for me. Hello Fresh already has everything you need measured out for you so there are fewer ways for me to mess up. The meals are delicious and healthy. I'm so glad I gave them a try.

I appreciate the ease that Hello Fresh gives me in choosing and receiving meals. But the quality and taste has really decreased. If i don't make the all the meals the first day they arrive, most of the product is spoiled (soggy cucumbers, wilted/brown herbs, slimy zucchinis). I really love the convenience and peace of mind for meal planning, choosing what to cook and having easy instructions. But the disappointment in quality and flavors is making that ease not worth it.

I like that I have planned meals and enjoy the freshnes of the ingredients . However., my first delivery was incomplete. I ordered 3 meals but the recipe was not included in one meal, so I could not make the meal nor use all the ingredients. It was a bit confusing but I made the best of it.

Meals can be really good but the packing and getting the right ingredients or cooking instructions is a 50/50. This is why I keep unsubscribing to see if it gets better later and nope
