Terrible wig it’s not human hair they send you synthetic hair wigs. They are a ripoff.. should report them to the Federal Trade Commission. “DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY” they rip you off. The wigs are terrible and feel like Cat Hair or wool hair made from threads. Do not wast your money.

I ordered this product on June 22, 2023 using what was suppose to be free, express shipping. Sellers page says 1-2 handling time and 3-5 working days for fast, free shipping. I've reached out to the seller twice since I ordered and kept receiving a different date of when my order would ship. As of the last time I spoke with the seller, July 31, 2023, the hair had not shipped. That's 9 days from the purchase date and the hair hadn't shipped yet. The customer service number is a Whatsapp number. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and was able to get a refund. Long shipping time!!

I’m giving two stars because yes I actually received the product (it took two weeks) but the quality of this wig is honestly one of the worst wigs I’ve purchased in YEARS!!! From day one I noticed the wig shed straight out the package. But I tried to ignore it and figured maybe it wouldn’t be like that throughout the whole unit. But noooo it kept shedding and shedding with every brushing. I try not to brush it everyday I only brush it once a week to prevent balding. But the hair tangles and mattes so easily it’s crazy. I could wear the wig for a few hours by the time I take it off it’s matted in the back and at the ends. Now that I’ve worn the wig for a few months now, I don’t wear it often maybe like 4-6 times a month. it’s has balding at the top of the lace. It’s ridiculous. I will never buy from this company again. No thank you!

Stay away from this company. I waited over two weeks, for a wig that was NOT 220% density as I paid for, hair was choppy and tracks were falling off the cap. Knots are huge and didn’t take to bleaching.
When I reached out to address my concerns, I was given no apology, no nothing. I was simply told to just return it if I wasn’t satisfied. Never again will I order from this company and will tell everyone to steer clear as well. Save your money people and avoid!!!
