Shipping address was different from the billing address. Was sending the order to my son in GA for a birthday/Christmas gift. Y’all sent it to me in WI. Not happy with this. I now have to spend money to ship it. Again.

Great sale prices
Great sale prices. I’ve been waiting a long time to afford to update my gear to all HSGI products, yes it’s all V1 versions, but all an improvement over my existing gear.
Great site, gear not so much.
I ordered ITACO phone/tech pouch V2 in both small and large. There was minimal difference is size. Neither could accommodate an iPhone (supervisor cell) or personal "semi-smart" Samsung phone without force. The "slots" barley accept a credit card, much less business cards. Great hopes were dashed.
Great pouch, Bring pliers.
Bought one of these gen 2 Taco pouches to test out, was really impressed. Fits ar and ak mags well, holds them very securely with just the tension of the pouch body. Even when held upside down and shook hard the magazines only slid out about halfway with loaded magazines. Got the od green version, which matches ranger green very well for those wondering, I know sometimes stock photos on sites can be off. Only downside, and not of the pouch itself, is weaving the HSG clips into the molle on carrier/cummerbund. What a pain, am I right? You're going to need pliers and a lot of patience to get them to the snap and clip them in. But they are as solid as can be when you get done.

Updated- Originally I couldn’t get a response to my emails and was told they did not receive any from me. Communication has now been established and the issue at hand rectified. Jamie was very helpful in seeing that I was 100% satisfied.

Being a soft gear manufacturer for many years( owner of Savvy Sniper Tac slings) I recognize solid made gear when I see it. One of my bro’s in the industry who is a rep for Glock turned me on to your gear so finally pulled the trigger. Can’t wait to put it to use.

Hello team at HSG. I attempted to order from your site multiple times in July, August, and September. It kept kicking me out, not being able to compute some of my info. I tried again in beginning of November — same result. I just recently reattempted and it worked with ease. Not sure if your website is unable to send to a PO Box? When I logged in my home address everything went through — but I do NOT like to use my home address as my mail is very unsecure — I live in a “mobile home community” and there are frequent errors of people getting incorrect mail, and mail unaccounted for. This order went through & I received the products I ordered thank you.
