The quality of the products, the speed of the delivery, and the general ease of the setup, though there were no instructions or guidance on how to insert tactical belt through the channel behind the padded sheath’s MOLLE panel without the padded sheath’s Velcro strips grabbing the belt, so I had to improvise by wrapping the parts of the belt that the padded sheath’s Velcro strips were grabbing in cling wrap, to insert the belt upside down, to gently cut and remove the cling wrap, and to flip the belt over with the inside facing in after it was inserted, which was difficult due to the tightness of the space through which the tactical belt was to be inserted through the padded sheath. The feedback is that you may want to add an instructions sheet for inserting your tactical belt through your padded sheath whenever a customer purchases the two items together.

Thank you for your review, to help you in the future pair those belts together we recommend that you run a yard stick on the interior of the padded belt and run the cobra belt on top of that and that will make that a little bit easier for you.
My order was cancelled amd reimbursed…
My order was cancelled amd reimbursed by someo e at HSG without my asking. The UPS driver was heading down my driveway to deliver my package and then drove away. I checked UPS tracki g and HSG inluted a Return to Sender. I called HSG and I was told it would be sent back to HSG. I authorized another charge to my card to get ot back enroute to me while it was still in Spokane. So far nothing. I have waited since 10/7 for the gear. Maybe I will need to head to a local 5.11 retailer to get my equipment.

HSG belt
From start to finish it was a great buying experience. I ordered the wrong belt size on the my first order. When I called HSG customer service they responded quickly and professionally with my return and my second order. I had mentioned to the customer service representative that I need this belt for an upcoming trip. She said she would make an attempt to expedite my order but made me no promises.They were able to get my new belt in the mail the next day. The belt is made very well. A lot of attention to detail went in to the stitching. The inner belt has the perfect amount of cushion and tackiness to cut down on belt movement. Looks like HSG is firing on all cylinders. Great job to your entire team.

I didn't initially realize the delay in shipping times, after email communication with customer service, everything was explained to me, and my order was shipped out 2 days later. Very happy with the quality of product received.
Incorrect order
The product is quality, but I was misled about the product I was buying. Your website did not specify that I was purchasing a belt attached magazine taco. I intended to purchase the molle magazine taco but your site did not accurately identify.
