The return process is a bit cumbersome but doable. My shoes needed to be returned for a larger size so they told me to keep that pair and they would ship me another one if I would pay for the shipping. I thought that was fair. So I got the next size up, and it fit just fine. The shoe itself is constructed very well. Excellent support. And yes you can slide your feet in quite easily.
The only complaint I have is that the material they make the uppers out of does not allow your feet to breathe. Unless you wear socks, your bare feet soon get sweaty or clammy. I guess I'm spoiled because my other pair of barefoot shoes from a different maker does not have that problem.
Nevertheless, a good shoe.

I wear my shoes daily with minimal foot pain. They do not look like formal shoes, but I don’t care. I have had my foot slide off of my car’s foot pedals.

I would like to return my order no
I would like to return my order no. 2497619. Have ask twice for your return instuctions and noone has sent them to me. One reason is the shoes have shoe strings and hard for me to tie them. Another reason, had not helped my feet to feel better.
A friend recommended these. I purchased 2 different pairs.

Once I ordered my shoes
Once I ordered my shoes, the communication about my order was great. I've worn the shoes periodically for a week now. I love the room in the toe box! My strength trainer asked about them. I have yet to do a long walk in them, but I am pleased with their comfort. Very lightweight.

Shoes I received were 2 sizes too small
The shoes I received were 2 sizes too small. Once removed from the package I could visually see these just needed to be returned. I went through "their" return process to send the shoes back. I never heard anything from them, so I went of the website to look for a way to email, which I did. Someone replied back to me that I would receive an email from the support team in 2 to 3 days. That never happened, so I sent another email.
They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I wasted well over $100, and never received a refund, or an answer from them.
I also didn't like the quality of the shoe. It was flimsy and it looked like it offered no support.
VERY very unhappy with this company.

Sent my new ones back because they were to small, said i want a 10 or 10.5. I have not heard from hike what is going on with my order! my order number is 418836 and my name is Jerome Bonneau just want to know when i will get my shoes that I paid for!
I bought my husband a couple pair of Hike Footwear shoes due to his balance issues that have resulted from a stroke. The soles of his shoes began to pull apart in a few months. I reached out to them. The company has very poor customer service. They will only vouch for their shoes for 30 days or less. Soles should not be pulling apart at the toes in only a few months. I got no response from the company.
