Scam with no customer support
My elderly mother ordered two pairs of shoes from their website.
The shoes that arrived were thin, cheaply made fabric glued to foam soles. She paid $150 for shoes that wouldn't pass quality controls at the good will.
We followed their return instructions and they responded telling her she could change sizes for $10.
The website clearly states you can return after emailing them for ANY reason. We emailed again with no response and will be disputing the charge with her card company.
In summary, terrible product with worse customer support.

Love Hike footwear! Especially the washable feature. I have several pairs and they when one is in the wash, I pull out another pair. Now, please make a flat dressy shoe I can wear to church, a wedding, or a night on the town!

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Advertising suggests trainers can be returned easily once purchased.
I have returned my item to America, at my own cost, even though the item was dispatched from a London address.
To add insult to injury no one replied to any of the emails I have sent requesting the refund and acknowledgment of the returned items.
It’s very frustrating, I will never buy from this company as they charge a high price for poor quality shoes, then do not respond to requests for a refund that is rightfully mine
I find this mostly American companies, they ignore customers and refuse to act on anything in a timely manner
Do not trust this company. Stressful experience to communicate with them

The shoes are wonderful, but they are a bit expensive for someone who is on a fixed income!
Also, the length of shipping time is very long and the amount of email correspondence is annoying!

I wasn’t sure if I would like the shoes because I over pronate, but I find them comfortable for walking. They are lightweight and easy to put on or take off.
This isn’t on Hike Footwear, but the free consultation they offered with another company was extremely frustrating. The person on the initial sales call was rude and unhelpful. I think he was trying to do motivational interviewing, but it just came across as mean. He was also hard to understand. After that, he texted me over the weekend to schedule and then called me and texted before 8am on Monday. The whole process was aggressive and irritating, so I did not utilize the “free” benefit offered with purchase. I ended up blocking them completely.

Customer service is TERRIBLE
Customer service is TERRIBLE. Their delivery service is TERRIBLE. The delivery service delivered my package somewhere but NOT to my apartment building. I’ve been getting the run around ever since. The shoes were decent, but I will never order from them again.
Cheap footwear made in China that cost £50 and posted from China with no returns details Disclose on purchase. When the product arrives and you realize that it’s really something quite cheap and will not wear longer than a few weeks you try and return it you asked to post it to Macedonia to cost of £20.
The alternative is they force you to use the amount to buy other items that are equally cheaply manufactured in order to retain your money.
Sent me the wrong size then replaced them with the correct size and I did not have to return incorrect size! So I donated them to someone in need. Amazing in this day and age that a company would do that. Love their shoes. Don’t wear anything else.
I received my two pairs and inserts by mail as promised. These shoes are the best I’ve worn! They allowed me to navigate over uneven ground the best I’ve done EVER. Excellent footwear.
Terrible customer service ... no response to emails or FB texts exposing this fake sites service dept .. non existent !! There is NO phone # to talk to any one and the responses on texts are AI generated i am certain...
shoes did not fit ... tried to return > haha good luck with at service ... lots of other one star or minus reviews on the web site if you look ....i gave up and have put it in the hands of my CC company who will dispute this charge .// i suggest others do the same
