I’ve been using the mouthwash for 3 weeks and omg what a awesome product! I thought my mouth was clean I do the usual brush 2 times a day, floss and used other brand name mouthwash. Until I tried hismile I will never go back. What’s difference.

Good luck getting your order. They won't respond if you email them either. Oh you want to know about their "customer service" replying? After THREE months they finally send the missing toothpaste. But not the toothbrush. They're absolute clowns.

Since I started using hismile almost a year ago I wouldn't go back to using anything else. It has came part of my daily routine, leaving teeth looking white & clean & leaving breath smelling nice and fresh! Would highly recommend!

I think this is HiSmile's best whitening product to date! After just the first use, I could visibly see a whitening and brightening difference on my teeth. As someone who has sensitive teeth and is hesitant to use most whitening products, since they always end up hurting my teeth, I can say that this product is both effective and gentle on my teeth. Even after a few uses, there is still both a whitening, freshness and no teeth pain/sensitivity with each use. This product is DEFINITELY a big win from HiSmile, and I'll definitely be purchasing this again. This is the only whiten product that I’ve found that truly works after just one use and it doesn’t hurt your teeth. 1000/10!

My son is autistic and teeth cleaning has always been a struggle with traditional mint toothpaste. Hismiles flavours have changed this, he now cleans his teeth with pleasure!! His favorite flavor at the moment is the simpsons one (and mine is the sweet apple). 0 stars. Should have checked here before I put in my order on April 26th but I honestly thought this was a legitimate company. My order still hasn't been processed and I've only received automated responses to my emails saying customer service will reply within 1-4 business days. I don't even care about getting the products anymore, I just want a refund but I don't see that happening given that noone is replying to any emails.

They changed the shape of their heads when updating their toothbrush from 3 modes to 5, so replacement heads are no longer compatible with older toothbrushes. On their brush replacement head packs there is no indication of this change. I recently bought 4 replacement heads in bulk, hoping it would last me the rest of the year and can not use them unless I buy their new model, absolute rip off. I don't think the toothbrush even works particularly well considering the head does not move it just vibrates. Very mad about the recent secret change, wouldn't be suprised if it were to happen again.

Missing a bottle of tooth paste and delivery took ages was the flavour I wanted most. Don't have time to deal with customer service so will eat loss but never buying from them again

If you have any fears trying the hismile tooth armour let this ease ur mind, I’ve suffered sensitive teeth most my adult life I’ve tried every tooth paste for sensitive teeth and nothing gave me more than like 15 minute relief. Tried the tooth armour for the first time a few weeks ago and I haven’t had an issue since. I’m really shocked. Was able to enjoy an icy drink for the first time in years with zero pain. I apply it straight to my teeth and I get well over 24 hrs relief.im so thankful and will be a lifetime buyer. If u suffer any kind of tooth pain you wont regret this purchase I promise

Love love love the flavours of toothpaste we have had the flavours do not disappoint. We have had red energy , red frog, watermelon, grape , strawberry, mango , pink donut, apple pie , blue raspberry, and my absolute favourite pineapple. I have three boys at home and it has made them want to brush more which is a plus . There is one more that we have also had lots of which has to be my sons all time favourite as he is very selective as he has ASD . That is the orange soda , I feel it’s been a teeth saver in my house as other brands are just simply to harsh for his sensitive mouth and gave his horrible burn like slits at the side of his mouth . Not a problem now he had completely changed to this brand . I also use the new mouth wash, tooth armour fantastic products . Another plus customer service has been fantastic. Thank you Hismile . I never received my order EU1227870 and when i wrote to the support about the missing order, i got no reply back. Just that they would get back to me within a few days. That’s 2 weeks ago now. They dont want to refund my missing order. It’s pure theft. Don’t buy from them.

I have purchased the vanilla flavor toothpaste at least 10 times since I discovered the company. I love the flavor as someone who hates mint flavor, but every single tube I get has issues with the air pump. Once I get about 2/3 of the way through the tube it stops pumping effectively. I follow the online recommendations to pump 10-30 times to get the air out and nothing. I always end up using a q-tip to get the toothpaste out. I haven’t switched yet because I genuinely really like the flavor. I have hit my breaking point with this company and will be switching brands after this last tube.

The incorrect order was received and multiple emails were sent to either get the correct order or get a refund. No answer . Poor customer service , no way to call or get response. I paid for a toothbrush and duty on top of that. They sent a toothbrush head.

Recently purchased the Hismile tooth armour. The bottle is quite small and doesn’t justify the price tag. Bottle feels very light/empty upon opening the box, and cannot get any of the product out using the pipette. Complete waste of money and time as product useless, and cannot contact Hismile as despite resetting the password on my account, am unable to log in and make any contact.

I ordered first week of May and my order was not delivered twice. Apparently, reason was wrong address. But that is impossible because I have everything delivered at this address every single time. And this is also similar to a another product called ALT fragrances. Exactly the same. I'm starting to wonder of these two companies are affiliated and maybe they are scamming people. We all know by now that reviews can be paid right? Anyone has same experience as me or same concerns?
