I have based my score on the fact that generally I receive a courteous and reasonably prompt reply. Although it is annoying that a different person replies most of the time. Not sure that all the issues are read and understood and if you have multiple purchases on one order number, you can only place a complaint on one, even if both articles of clothing don't fit. If my issues are corrected to my satisfaction, then the rating I gave would increase. UPDATED REVIEW ☆I was asked to provide Order Numbers following my review which I promptly did. As there was no acknowledgement a couple of days later, I emailed for an update on my sizing issue and again no reply. It is great that during the manufacturing process, there are multiple updates. However it would be equally great if complaints received the same respect.

Based on the measurements that were provided, the costume was impeccable. The suit's cut was absolutely perfect without a fit being necessary. A professional tailor wouldn't do any better. I had chosen a fabric of good quality, and although it was a little more expensive, the cut of the costume did it justice. Delivery times have been met, which is not the case when you go to a tailor. My experience was more than satisfactory and I give 5 stars for the service and the quality

I ordered already several times in Hockerty because they make very good quality tailored made clothes and offer a similar experience as in a tailor shop at reasonable price. They are also pretty quick for the production.

Disappointing Experience with Delivery, Support, and Fit I was genuinely excited about this purchase and had hoped it would be the first of many. As someone who has difficulty finding clothing that fits well, I was especially interested in trying a company that presents itself as offering custom-tailored clothing. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Delivery Delay The order arrived six days after the committed delivery date. That date was already only three days before my daughter’s graduation, and I had purchased the jacket and pants specifically for that event. Because the order arrived late, I did not have the outfit I had planned to wear for a very important occasion. Customer Support As the delivery date slipped, I tried to contact customer support for help and sent an email that went unanswered. Even after the late delivery, I did not receive an apology or any acknowledgment of the delay. Tailoring and Fit The most disappointing part was the tailoring itself. I can understand minor adjustments being needed with custom clothing, such as a jacket being slightly loose or pants needing a small hem adjustment. This was not that. The jacket appeared visibly uneven, with the left and right sides not matching properly across areas such as the lapels, buttons, and shoulders. For a company advertising custom tailoring, this was extremely surprising and frustrating. The pants also did not fit as expected. The rise and waist placement felt significantly off, creating a fit issue that does not seem like a simple alteration. Based on the way both garments arrived, it is difficult to see how the problems could be corrected without substantial rework. Overall Impression I wanted this to be a great experience, and I was ready to become a repeat customer. Instead, the late delivery, lack of support, and poor garment construction left me extremely disappointed. For a company positioning itself as a custom-tailored clothing provider, this experience fell far short of my expectations.

Very disappointed , shirt didn’t fit at all , suit top too tight and sleeves too short , only thing that fitted was the trousers so ended up not wearing a suit to my stepsons wedding as the suit from yourselves arrived later than said Very very upset with the whole experience to be honest

Knowing that you were planning to wear the suit to your stepson's wedding and that, in the end, you couldn't wear it at all because of the late delivery and the fitting issues is incredibly disappointing. I can only imagine how upsetting this must have been. Receiving a shirt that didn't fit, a jacket that was too tight with sleeves that were too short, and only having the trousers fit properly is far from the experience we promise our customers. Better than expected (I had purchased a MTM suit from another vendor and was disappointed with that vendor). I really like the user interface for entering specifications. Very good materials and construction. Fit as expected. I would only suggest two improvements: add ability to specify shorter rear pockets so that the bottom edge doesn't droop down so close to the seam between the legs; and shorten delivery time. I will probably order from Hockerty again in the future.
