So disappointed with the suit. Thought it was a Swiss website, because of the Swiss price. The suit came from China. Also the the measurements I gave were correct, but It was way too large on the waist and the jacket was as long as a skirt.

Company advertises a 2 week delivery time. I ordered May 9th and did not receive my suit until nearly a month later, around June 6th. Suit sat in “quality control” phase for more than a week with no updates. Customer service was absolutely no help despite me asking to expedite the process and shipping for any fee they deemed necessary to ensure I received it on time. When received, the suit arrived in ripped packaging and the jacket was very incorrectly sized despite the accompanying shirts (and pants) being spot on, meaning my measurements were no doubt correct and the jacket was just improperly stitched. Suit fabric is great quality and after getting the jacket re-tailored in the future I have no doubt it will be good, but I explicitly ordered from this company to ensure I received the product before two important dates, and instead had to seek last-minute alternatives just days before those events. Would not recommend and will not be purchasing again explicitly due to the poor customer service and communication I received during the process for such a large ($1,000) purchase.

Quality is decent, one of the buttons was pretty much falling off straight from the bag, and the pants were abut 9.5 inches too long, possibly an error on my girlfriend and I's part in measurements. Overall good quality, and was what I needed for a wedding.

I ordered a shirt from Hockerty and their service was absolutely amazing. Not only they kept me informed about every step of making my shirt but also when it was shipped they made sure that it was delivered. There was a small glitch with delivery and their agent Sergio Molina fixed everything. Hockerty got a client for life. American companies could only learn how the true customer service should look. Very excited to get some made to measure shirts. All measurements carefully taken. Very good easy to use system and videos. Received shirts after approx 3 weeks. Suffice to say all measurements accurate except for around the waist which is 10 cm to big. Told to take to a tailor to adjust and they would pay 25%. So buy a made to measure shirt then for the privilege pay a tailor to actually make it properly. Wonderful service and system.

The lead time was a little slower than stated. But the wait was completely worth it. The 3 piece fit perfectly and it felt so good. Will definitely be using Hockerty again.

I really didn't like the material. It looks cheap. Also there was never a tracking number and the jackets were badly packed and wrinkly upon arrival.

Paid $174 custom made jeans. Literally 2-3 sizes to small. Tried to send back and get refund. SMH Hockerty saying they will tailor.................impossible. Still fighting my cc card for refund.

The tailoring was done very well and the Velvet sports blazer looks... pretty good. I expected the material to be softer and not so stiff. I expected it to drape a little; doesn't drape at all. I've purchase nice blazers in the past for the price Hockery charged and they seem to be softer and drape nicely. I purchases this blazer so I wouldn't wear-out my Boss velvet blazer. I would say I'm medium happy; this velvet blazer feels more like a suede blazer.

The website interface was real easy, atouch overwhelming at first with all the options; but once you start looking/choosing it was very streamlined. Best part was the videos guiding to take the body measurements; I would not have gotten it right otherwise!
