The whole process is very simple and straightforward, I think simpler than a mortgage. Alex Marek helped me every step of the, explaining everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I would recommend to anyone looking to access equity if you've been turned down by other options.

Cash in the bank with no monthly payments
I really wanted to use some of my equity for new flooring and updating our kitchen Hometap and Justin our go to guy was patient and explained every step of the process. I am retired, I’m have only my social security each month. I am not ready to refinance our economy is terrible. Hometap invested in my equity with a ten year term I have more than $700,000 in equity.
