Ryan explained the entire process from beginning the application to close, and if we had any questions, he immediately responded via email or phone call. Tim was wonderful in answering my questions when Ryan was on vacation. They took the time to make sure I understood everything and was with me every step of the way. The counselor was great and made sure I understood the program.

My indecision at first slowed things down. Rohan was not available early in the summer. Once I was certain this was my best way to get funds to solve my financial solution things moved along well in my steps to closing the contract. Jen was very helpful.Navicore summarized everything to make closing smooth. It was nice to close at home.

I would NEVER refer Point to anyone who is looking for a home equity loan
My husband and I applied for a loan we filled out the necessary documents. We had a home equity loan from 30 years ago that was discussed with Brian. Point spoke to the bank we had the original loan with at least 5 times
After a home appraisal and which my house was worth over $500,000.00. We were told we had the loan. Then they wanted to talk to the bank another 3 times. After 6 months of stringing us along they denied us the loan.
My experience was great. Taylor Hamilton my representative was very professional and responsive immediately when needed.
